I moved into the house a year ago and got their name from the previous owner. They are courteous, prompt and professional. While inspecting the tank/pumping it out, it was noted that there was only the one cover on it which was in close proximity to a trampoline on the property. An additional cover is on order which will be much more child safe.

This is the second time I have used Groom for this service. I live in an area where everyone is on septic & houses are typically 30-50 yrs old, with many "original" families, so I asked around first. Groom seemed preferred & I was not disappointed, They are courteous, prompt, and accommodating to deal with. The gentleman who came was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I will definitely continue to deal with them in the future. I did not price-shop, so cannot compare. However a failed system can easily cost 5 figures to replace, so you can get your system cleaned quite a few times for that!

I usually get my septic cleaned every 18-24 months. I realized on Thursday night that it had been about 29 months since it was cleaned. I called Friday morning and they came Monday morning. I have been using them for 19 years and have never had a problem. My system has a problem now with a dry well. Ken explained to me how a septic system works, what could be causing my problem, solutions, depending on what they find. I need someone with a camera to go into the pipes and find the other dry well. He told me who to call and what to have them do.

This was my second time using this company for the same service and my experience was positive on both occasions. I did not comment on the price as I did not complete comparative pricing since I did not plan on using anyone else. On the most recent service, the Worker arrived on time and worked efficiently. He remained on the road side to complete the service and ran the hose an extensive distance as he did not want to damage the lawn with the weight of the truck. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made recommendations and provided explanations as to his rationale. He answered all of my questions including system functioning. He had to dig in the yard and replaced the grass in an acceptable manner. I plan to use this company when needed again.

WE HAVE USE THIS COMPANY ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. BOTH TIMES THE CONTRACTOR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. DOING THE JOB AT THE TIME PROMISED AND LEAVING THE SITE IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY FASHION. HE HAD TO LEAVE HIS TRUCK AT LEAST 200 YARDS FROM THE TANK AND RUN HIS HOSE A LONG DISTANCE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.
