I perform a mix of large and small jobs and always provide a written estimate. Most estimates are free with the exception of Insurance work in which is fee based and is deducted from the signed proposal. (call for details regarding insurance work) My motto has been: Any job worth doing is worth doing well. We except Cash or Check. Sorry we do not except credit cards.
