very badly. the people came to do the carpet and said they couldn't because the hoses would not reach from the parking lot. we had talked about this over the phone. the owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional about not being able to do the cleaning

It went great. They did an awesome job and were very pleasant to deal with.

We have 3 adult cats. We also have an 8 month old that’s beginning to crawl. That is why we needed to get our carpets cleaned. I was planning on renting a unit and doing it myself as I have done in the past, but decided to take a risk and invest in having professionals do it. I found the floor restore guys on Angie’s List and decided to give them a try, and I am certainly glad I did. The whole experience has been outstanding. From the young lady on the phone who I took my order to Corey and Eileen, the techs who did the actual cleaning. They took the time to explain their micro-encapsulation system. The short of it is they use a cleaning solution that breaks apart the dirt and odors which their microfiber cleaning pads then soak up. This takes out the stains and leaves the place smelling fresh. Best part is that the carpet dries in 30 minutes. The level of stain removal and cleanliness that Corey and Eileen achieved far exceeded anything I could have attained. Corey had 2 cats so he knew exactly where to look and was seeing stuff that I missed. I would definitely recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.

Awesome, I couldn't believe they got the stains out. They did explain that some of the tough stains may re-surface and we could get them spot cleaned again for final removal.

Great job on the stretching. So the grout working is looking good. I'll post my final thoughts later after the finish.

Restore Guys are doing with my carpets. I thought our bedroom carpet would never look new or clean again, but Marc and Steve have done a excellent job. Thank you. They were very kind and professional.

It was great. They came to give me an estimate--which was actually much more affordable than I anticipated. They sent me a detailed estimate online, which I was able to accept and start the scheduling process right online. Super easy. They came out as scheduled and spent two days cleaning the floors, repairing the grout, caulking, and painting the grout. It's amazing how much better everything looks--looks brand new. Highly recommend them.

It was good. It took them about an hour and a half to complete the service. Two people came out to do the service. They left the area very clean. I think they could have done a little better in some of the harder areas. There were only a few spots.

They came in and treat the floor boards over a two day period. It completely got rid of the smell.

The Floor Restore guys had previously cleaned our sofa after our grandson threw up on it. They did such a great job that we had them back today to do all of the carpeting in the house. And again did a great job!

They were wonderful! Very nice and friendly, they explained the process and how they were going to do it. We had some minor stains that were on the carpets, and they got them all out! We were renting, so we wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved out in hopes of getting our full security deposit back. Because of The Floor Restore Guys, we are getting our full deposit back. Very happy customer!

The three guys were friendly, professional and got right to work. They did a thorough job and were efficient as well. It was not easy to find a company that serviced Cecil County, so I was delighted to find The Floor Restore Guys, not only because they would travel up here, but because of the way they seem to handle their business. The initial estimate was very prompt as were responses to emails sent. Their price was more reasonable than the one other service provider I found. The estimate for the floor refinishing seems reasonable too. Plan to use them in the future for sure!
