To preface, I am the homeowner. The scammer came up to our door, which has 4 no soliciting signs, and asked to speak to a renter in the house, saying that he's not soliciting and that the renter has insurance money coming to him. I got the resident and he went on a usual script how the roof is damaged etc. The tenant said he is a renter and it doesn't apply to him, the scammer said it especially applies to him. They never asked to speak to the homeowner (me), lied about why they were there to get a tenant, and tried to make decisions on the house, to which the renter has no authority to make. The paper he left shows MHIC#104909 HIC PA#103773, whatever that means.

The entire experience was long due to delays with my insurance, but Superior stuck by me and helped out until the very end.

The people in the office are extremely friendly and fast. There was a short hold up on getting my roof fixed due to my insurance company, but Superior helped with the entire process and made everything a lot less stressful for me. Thank you!

From start to finish I was kept informed of the progress on my new roof. The salesman was very professional and the office staff was professional and polite. I thought it was too good to be true that my insurance was going to cover majority of costs, but Superior came through and got me my new roof. They worked with my insurance company and made the process a lot less stressful. Thank you Superior!

They don't even worth one star!! SCAM!! First, they didn't keep their appointment TWICE. No call no show!! But due to the storm back in March, guess everyone is busy, so I gave them another chance. They made us signed an agreement in order for them to climb up to the roof on 3/10/18. We got our estimate on 3/28/18 so we miss the 5 days window on that agreement to cancel the order when thing don't seem right. They gave us an estimate of $5600 for a little 3 bedroom townhome. That's when we decided not to use them and get a quote from another company. And guess what, it's $3600. $2000 cheaper than Superior. They threatened to sue us because we sign the agreement that have no price, start and finish date. DO NOT USE THEM!! I'm going to report them to BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT with MHIC.

Roof turned out decent, overpriced and terrible customer service. Have tried to contact multiple times since completion about a problem and can’t get a return call or anything from them. HIGHLY discourage anyone from using their services...all they care about is the $$$$

We had a terrible hail and wind storm in February, and it was on my list to get some visible roof damage repaired - I figured it would be minor. Superior was in my neighborhood doing a job, and I struck up a conversation with their rep - Guy Cox. He shared that damage can go deeper than what I can see from the ground, and offered to take a look. After a thorough review, he thought that replacement was warranted, and advised that insurance should cover the claim. A quick call to Erie Insurance had them out within a few days, and Guy walked the roof with their representative. It took about 30 minutes for Erie to agree, and within 24 hours I had a claim approved. Guy walked me through the entire process with insurance, and was very patient answering all of my questions. Superior did a great job with the roof installation, and I was very happy with the material choices, material quality, workmanship, professionalism of the crew, and follow-up inspection. Really just a flawless process. The process from claim to completion was about as complex as ordering a pizza, thanks to Superior's help.

They worked with me over a long period after my initial insurance company refused to give me full replacement cost. Adam assured me that I would get a new roof eventually. With the help of another insurance company we were able to get the worked scheduled. Superior's team came out and completed the work in two days. I am pretty satisfied with the new roof. Thanks Adam.

Job tood 4 days to complete; overal I'm satisfied with the Job! Adam even cleaned up debris in my backyard including all the fallen leaves.
