Overall, I am satisfied with their installation. MSI was the only company to provide a three year warranty on their equipment (in writing); their pricing was competitive. They called saying they would be late due to an accident on I-495. Once they arrived, they started working to make up the time, even skipping lunch. They did a good job explaining how to operate the equipment. The only area for improvement is that they missed sealing a couple of holes inside my home, even after I reminded them to seal the holes.

Overall happy with project timeliness, had to have a return visit for readjustment of camera for better angles and to move wire mounting to make it look more neat in appearance for front of house; as the wiring is bulky. My wife and I needed to have security cameras installed within our town home, in order to monitor our new born daughter and her baby sitter. We had some reservations about hiring this company because most of their previous jobs were for office buildings or out doors. After speaking with the sales person (Nigel) and customer service representative (Renee) as well as a few of their previous satisfied customers, we decided to hire MSI to install one out door camera and two in door cameras. The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future.

The representative Nigel was professional and was knowledgeable with his presentation, he was clear and very detailed regarding the types of camera options to select from that would meet our needs. He was on time for the camera presentation, they were on time on the date the installation was scheduled to happen. The workmanship was pretty clean and the camera has been working with no problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. I like the final product and they have earned this stars.

The representative Nigel was excellent and very knowledgeable in his presentation regarding the various types of cameras and what would be best for my home. He was also able to show me a live feed of what the cameras would look like once installed. Great attitude and very patient. Overall I had a great experience with the company.

The salesman, Nigel Fraser was not a good salesman and appeared to be a dishonest person. The two technicians Thad Fraser, the son of the salesman, and Steven Mitchell did not conduct themselves like professionals. Steve Mitchell continuously used profane languages throughout their installation. The technician, Thad Fraser dropped one of my cameraI and he installed it anyway, left cable holes and wires uncovered inside my house. I complained to their Manager, John Hemp who promised to correct the problem as soon as he gets back from out of town and I have not heard from him. I think the main problem is The salesman, Nigel Fraser because I refused to buy his cameras. Instead, I purchased my cameras from Lorex for them to install for a fee which he agreed to do but did not want to do the installation right. The salesman, Nigel Fraser is believed to have coached the technicians to behave unprofessionally and told them what to do for not purchasing their inferior cameras. Even the technicians said my cameras are clearer and better than their cameras of the same price range. I wil never recommend this company; they wants to get paid for poor and disrespectful service.
