Great customer service from start to finish. The office manager and sales representative played a vital role in meeting my needs. Although I had higher expectations of the camera view based on my consultation, they have managed to satisfied my needs and ensured that I was pleased with the work. One of the installers was very helpful and extended service support for future concerns/questions.

Sales rep were very through, review currwnt installed eqiipment added wirless touch keypad,changed all previous contacts to wireless.

I owned 10 cameras and just hired this MSI for installation at $100/camera. The guy who conducted the estimate, said that I may need 10 cameras to cover the space I wanted, but that the technician would confirm for sure. Long story short, the technicians determined I needed on 8. Without even trying to use the wires that I owned, they used their own wiring, which normally comes with a fee. The technician offered to take some of my wiring as a swap, so that I would not have to pay the fee for his mistake. I agreed. The next day, the company tried charged me for the 10 cameras and the wiring.

MSI installed our video surveillance system. There sales rep. was very helpful. Their price was $1,000 lower than competitors. MSI did an excellent job. The system is fantastic. The system allows viewing on a smart phone, lap-top and my work computer. I would absolutely, recommend this company to anyone considering a video surveillance system. They did exactly what they said they would do. They delivered a home security product that gives me a tremendous peace of mind.

I was very satisfied with Home Advisors recommendation and the Work of MSI.

We were recently interviewing security companies to have surveillance cameras installed in our home. Representatives from Modern Security Integration (MSI) came to my home and their customer service was outstanding. They made us feel important and they provided valuable information about the cameras we needed. We knew immediately that MSI was the company that we were going to use. Once we signed the contract, the installation techs showed up and offered more advise before they actually did the install. In the end, we were very satisfied with the entire experience and I recommend MSI to anyone interested in added security in their homes.

This company is very high tech and energetic. The personnel are outstanding. They are constantly checking to make sure the cameras and electronic equipment is functioning the way you want them to. The extremely technical knowledge is high quality and very knowledgeable in the field of technology. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor and they are the highest quality that anyone could ask for. Although they are a five star company I would give them a ten! The price of the project was much more reasonable than other companies.
