I cannot speak highly enough of Jarrod as a realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and nervousness about buying a house. Jarrod was very patient in answering all of my questions and explained the home buying process from start to finish. He reviewed sales and financing paperwork with me to make sure I understood everything - he even identified a mistake in the lender paperwork that would have caused me to miss out on hundreds of dollars in lender credit had it gone unnoticed! He was always prompt and communicated with me throughout the entire process. If I ever buy or sell a home in the future, I would definitely use Jarrod again.
