The inspection went very well. Doug was on-time, very thorough and pleasent. he carefully explained everything about the condition and how things worked in the home.

The inspection was thorough. Doug took the time to explain the home's systems and offered advice on repairs. We would never purchase another home without using Anderson's and we will ask them to inspect our current home before we decide to sell it.

I was incredibly impressed with both his demeanor and the way he examined the property. He identified water damage/leak in the basement that someone had painted over. He really educated me about the systems in my new home, and provided a fabulous binder filled with information and a system for tracking home maintenance. He was beyond patient when we were late for the inspection, due to poor weather. In spite of that he did not rush, taking time to answer every question we had. There is no question that I would hire him again and recommend his business to anyone!

The employee arrived promptly and proceeded to look over the house, beginning on top of the roof to the basement. He checked all appliances and utilities. He gave us estimates on expected life of roof and appliances and suggested mainly minor repairs the seller should be requested to do. Two major oversights in his inspection were: the fact that our drainage system leading to our sump pump was not functional, causing the basement to flood, (my cost to fix $2875). He also did not see major termite damage to exposed beam sill plate's in the basement. Luckily a subsequent ($65) termite inspection discovered the problem. The seller did fix this major structural problem with no cost to me. The home inspector was asked why he did not notice structural damage and he indicated that he is not "allowed" to inspect by inserting a screwdriver in the wooden structure of houses he inspects. This was a major problem that could have cost me a couple thousand more in repair cost.

An excellent experience. Doug was on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. The office contact was also very helpful and even gave us a call 24 hours before the appointment to make sure that we were all set to go. In terms of price - it seemed a little high but the service provided by the company was top notch.

My husband and I met with Doug to have a home inspection done on a home we're interested in purchasing. The inspection was scheduled quickly and efficiently. He was extremely detailed, organized, professional and considerate. He gave us a divided binder with sections of each of his reviews. He gave us suggestions for repairs, and also told us what to budget for in the future. His notes were concise and easy to understand. I highly recommend this company! He took his time and didn't make us feel rushed. He answered all the questions, and took his time listening to our concerns. Definitely an A+ Company!

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE BINDER THEY LEFT WITH MANY COMMENTS ON THINGS THAT WERE USEFUL TO ME EVEN AFTER I MOVED IN. SUCH AS LETTING ME KNOW THAT I SHOULD BUDGET FOR A NEW WATER HEATER. THEY ALSO LEFT ME WITH A TIPS GUIDE FOR NEW HOME OWNERS WHICH I READ AND FOUND USEFUL.
