Description of Work: We had the concrete around our pool replaced. The finished product looks great. The problem was they said they would start within 14 days from the day we signed the contract, that was in early May. They didn't start until late August! And when we tried to contact them several times they didn't return our calls.

Description of Work: I signed a contract on 6/16/15 to have a walkway done. Till now they have not come to do the job. At first it was scheduled for July 30 thThen they rescheduled it for Aug. 26th. After multiple calls they keep saying they don't have a schedule yet. So Idecided to cancel the deal and I asked for the $20 paid for the deal.

Description of Work: The quality of the work performed was just fine. The communication between the salesman, the front office, the crew foreman and the customer was awful. Several times, the salesman told us one thing, the office another and the foreman another. It's as if they were not talking with each other. |The work was fine but the communication between all the people involved was horrible. They never arrived when they said they would. Frustrating experience.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in foundation that was causing basent flooding. The estimate was fair and well done (and was less than half what we were quoted by a competitor for the exact same work.) there were a few points of confusion with the instructions for the job not being fully communicated to the workmen on site that resulted in having to redo a part of it; but in the end the work was done and done well. Would choose them again.
