Description of Work: The contractor that I’ve used is Coverall Construction. Richard Wilson is the contractor. They did a lot of work for me. They did a kitchen in my apartment. They did a deck for me. They painted the interior of the house. Last time, they replaced the backsplash in my kitchen.

Description of Work: I have been using this contractor for everything for my 60 year-old house and have always found his work to be excellent. My first contact was when I needed a repair to my deck, which was sagging. He had to prop up the deck and install a new support column which he did so well that I asked him to replace the fixtures in my powder room. He found a sink that would fit into the constricted space and built out the door to fit and replaced the flooring. My next project was replacement windows. He replaced all of the windows, and the shutters with high quality replacements and painted the door to match for less than $10,000, greatly improving the appearance of the house and increasing the resale value. He has done many projects for me, ranging from supervision of the replacement of my exterior sewer and water lines, which required digging a 10 foot trench, to trimming back a tree that was threatening my roof. Most recently, he prepared the house for resale, including replacing a sun-room floor, and completely repainting the interior
