I had an outstanding experience with William Smith Home Improvements. I appreciated his prompt, clear communication and follow-through throughout the entire job. He explained the roof certification process so there were no surprises when he arrived to do the job or after examining my roof. He said he could start the process the next day and he arrived on time. I needed minor repairs. He said he would be able to do the work the same or the next day - and that he would call to let me know. He called the same day (as he said he would) and returned to do the work that day. Again, he arrived on time and completed the job. His prices are reasonable. He is pleasant and and professional. It was refreshing to do business with someone/a company with such competency and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

William is good with offering cost-saving options and is honest about what he and his crew can and cannot take on. He's also respectful, thorough, and patient with questions. Based on the good work he did with roof repair, we're asking him to bid on wall/floor/ceiling replacement for an enclosed back porch.

William was friendly, knowledgeable, and had clear time lines that he stuck to. He had no problem answering questions, explaining what the job would entail, and what options are available. He never used scare tactics to increase the price of service. The work he did was great and received complements from the neighbors as well. In a time when every estimate came back inflated with hyperbole in regards to what the issues were present; he was a breath of fresh air due his and integrity, skills to do the work, and know options available.

William Smith did an OUTSTANDING, well managed job on my roof! He is dependable and trustworthy……..! Thank you so much for putting me at ease and giving me and my family peace of mind!! The industry is blessed to have you.

I was extremely pleased with the porch roof shingle replacement and the repairs done to my upper roof.. William was very professional and easy to work with. The whole process was very stress free. Thank you for the wonderful job.

Total professional. Came and took measurements and gave me different roofing options. I choose the option that gives the longest durability. Told me when he was coming and came and did it. They took the old materials that were being replaced with them and cleaned up and you would never know they were there. Would definitely use them again.

I am a senior woman who doesn't know a thing about roof repair and was worried that i would be taken advantage of but that worry was put to rest. Mr. Williams took care of my problem sent to my phone before and after pictures of the work he did on my roof and completed the work on time. (before the snow came) Mr. Williams. .Thank you

William Smith was informative every step of the way and always explained each step so we understood completely. He was very timely and most importantly intelligent and kind.

Will was able to come out on short notice and on a holiday weekend. He viewed the damage and installed a tempo rary patch between rainfall. He returned when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. The price was quite reasonable. I would use them again.

Roof leaks again in same place, now his phone number is dead.

Repaired the roof but it still leaks. Cannot even get through to the contractor voicemail or email.

After giving Mr. Smith my down payment it was hard contacting him. He didn't start when he was supposed to. When he finally answered my text and phone messages , he said he was backed up. He patched up my roof and so far no leaks, but he was supposed to come back and remove the satellite dishes but he never returned and he is back to not responding. As I said so far his work is holding up, but his work ethics are not very professional. He had too many 5 star reviews which I find a little suspicious.

They were supposed to repair my roof, after paying over $3,000 a few months after the repair was done I started experiencing leaking in the same area. I called for them to come repair, William Smith answered and stated he would be pass to check it out. No one ever came. I've called and left voice mails. No one has called me back or came pass. I filed a complaint with the BBB.org. They stated that this company addresses and numbers are not good. I want my money back, now me and my daughter have to suffer, because of this. My mom has cancer and is really sick, its a shame that people will take advantage of people in this way. Home Advisor need to take them off this site and report them.

When I called the company to let them know what was going on...their response was they were backed up but have not followed through. I have not been able to reach them. His word was not bond.

They come in strong and promising and guarantee your work. But after the $5,000 repair was done and still leaking - they don’t answer your calls or make appointments. I truly hope you do not waste your money with this company. And I think Home Advisor should re-evaluate putting them in their system!

Mr.Smith made me feel like I could trust him and I did, to do the work and pricing. Not knowing about roofing, only other estimates from other companies. As I expressed to Mr.Smith only the rain will tell me about his work. So far I believe he did a job well done.
