William called immediately after going on Angi. Made an appointment for an estimate and he arrived promptly. Gave us a written estimate and explained how he would proceed with the project. In the meantime we had others come out, some gave written estimates others sent them via email. I was impressed with William and chose him even thought his estimate was higher than most. He set up a start date and arrived on time. He worked 5 days on our project in the blistering heat. He left on Friday and promised to come back either Monday or Tuesday to replace the furniture on the deck. I did find a couple of spots that needed touching up and when he showed up Tuesday morning he went over those areas making sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. He replaced all my deck furniture which was a job in itself. I was extremely impressed with William’s work ethic’s and would certainly hire him again.

William was very courteous and professional. He explained every aspect of the job he performed.

He assessed the condition of the roof, took pictures, and let me know what needed to be done. After getting the necessary materials, he completed the work quickly and effectively. He was transparent about the costs, and what further work would need to be done on the roof. He was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend him.

His company showed up to complete the work on the date and time promised and performed the necessary work promptly promised. His company completed the necessary repairs to my work with professionalism, and corrected the leak issue without a need for any call backs and for the exact price quoted. William was attentive, respectful, and honest about what he and his team were able to do for us. He was careful to keep me informed of any schedule changes, which was particularly important since I live 2 hrs from where the work was being done. The work was done efficiently and within the timeline he predicted, including last-minute adjustments. All in all a very good experience!
