You have been to this house 3 times: (1) initial repair (2) fixed link (3) repair skylight broken from (2). Now I am told repairs were sloppy at best by a home inspector for the sale of the house. Photos shows work was not done per contract. DO NOT USE..... LOST $1,300.

William is pleasant and professional, and didn't try to spike the price like other that I checked did.. If his work proves to be credible and withstand the harsh weather expected this winter, which I believe it will, I will certainly recommend him to anyone having the same problem.

A++++ I think it was only 1/2 hour after putting in the request that Mr. Smith contacted me. He was super easy to communicate with especially with use of text photos showing before and after the job on the roof was done.

Mr. Smith was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, gave me his assessment and a quote, and was very willing to work with my schedule. (He ended up doing the work right then.) He took the time to explain what he thought the problem was, his price was much more reasonable than another company's 'minimum', and warrantied his work for a year. He also suggested some maintenance work for the future without any pressure, and the best part, as I've had experience with this, didn't take me for an idiot and try to tell me I needed a whole new roof. He fixed what needed fixing. Period. Yay.
