+ -1 moreTAPP Water Systems tested our water, determined the best chemical feed system to neutralize our water's PH according to its particular chemistry and determined the best UV light to meet our needs. The technicians arrived right on time, installed the systems with only a short downtime, and then answered questions and provided instruction on maintenance of the systems. We feel much better about our water now.
Description of Work: We needed to adjust our acid water to a neutral PH, and we needed to sterilize our water to remove coliform bacteria. We have well and septic. While it is possible that we got a false-positive reading when the water was tested, we decided to install the UV light to ensure our water would pass a future water test for bacteria.

+ 2 moreI have been having issues with my pump not pumping the chemicals into my system and it's giving me low pH and iron in my system. I called the fellows at Tapp Water Systems and they came out at the agreed time, in fact, they called and came out a little earlier than expected. This time it was an easy fix and I wasn't charged because I am a long time satisfied customer but I have had Tapp Water Systems servicing my system since 1998. While I was in Afghanistan in 2011 I got a call from a family member stating that they needed to replace my system . Based on my experience with this company I didn't hesitate and I allowed them to go forward with the installation of the system with full confidence and not one question about the money. I always expect the best service and quality for my money and when it comes to this type of work I have the company I need. I'm writing this review because not enough people talk about the good moments, they only want to talk about when they are not happy that they have to pay money. I will pay as long as it's worth it and if these guys tell me something is needed I don't question I just let them take care of business. Description of Work: A Neighbor recommended this service so apparently others have had a different experience. I called for a quote for service and they immediately scheduled me for a free water analysis consultation. The person came out and I explained what I was wanting a quote for (possible RO system, cleaning of filter tank). He tried to talk me into thousands of dollars of service, tried the pressure tactic of using my children, then when I questioned about things he had said (since he contradicted himself), he was just plain unprofessional. He commented on items in my home (basically inferring if I could have those items I could afford his suggestions and thus keeping my children from harmful water (yes he did say that)). He did know that he had gone too far as I never received a follow up call for any kind of service. Based upon my experience I definitely cannot recommend this company nor would I call them for any kind of service.
