Highly recommended. Chris is an amazing person and home inspector. As the seller, I dealt with a different home inspector with whom I had a very negative experience. Chris with Sunrise Home Inspections, however, was a breath of fresh air and a very positive experience. He was hired by the buyers and was thorough and realistically explained the issues to me and the buyers. The report was presented in an organized fashion and was easy to navigate. The buyers requested a list of items they wanted repaired, and Chris walked me through the simplest way of performing some of the minor fixes that I could do on my own.
