Did excellent work reasonable price finish work on time would recommend to anyone and most certainly would use them again

Mike called on Saturday and offered to do the job that afternoon for what seemed to be a very reasonable price. He came at the time he said and replace the three vent collars and was done in about an hour. Mike was a clean cut guy who knew what he was doing. I watched him from the ground. He used personal safety equipment while on the roof and took his time and did the job right. There was no preassure sales pitch for additional work. I definately would call Step It Up Construction again if/when I need anything else done. Thank you!

I selected Mike to do the work and he was there the next day on time and ready to work. Mike�s experience and professionalism became evident once he began working. I was impressed with both the quality of the product he used and the care he took to ensure the installation was also of high quality. I was contacted very quickly. He provided an estimate by 10 am the following morning, and the project was finished by the second day. This was a very quick and painless project. The work was professional, and he was throrough in his description of the work being performed. I would recommend him, and hire him again in for future projects.

Not sure if I should recommend because I did not receive any type of written guarantee with the repair; only that if it leaked again that he would immediately come out and take care of it.

They were very professional and completed the work that we requested of them - removal of the existing gutters; installment of new gutters with gutter guards and four new downspouts. Job Was Done On Time And Correct

Mike went out the same day to one of my rental properties. Because my tenant complain about water leaking on the top floor ceilings. Mike went up to attic and found no leaks or signs of water coming because of roof. He did this for no charge. And with his can do attitude. I promise to call him for all my jobs that are in his area.
