The consultation, estimate are without cost. Customers frequently come to RIES LANDSCAPE's designers with a specific problem, such as overgrowth, lack of color, or inadequate lighting. Others have a point of interest they want to accentuate. For example, a homeowner might want to incorporate naturally running water throughout the design, focus on a historic tree or frame a pool with greenery. In an case, the design team will combine practical solutions with prinicipals of design that can have both an immediate effect and create a long-lasting impact. RIES LANDSCAPE subscribes to the philosophy that a garden should move from season to season with grace, growing even more beautiful with age. It is an investment not just for today but for years to come. In an ever expanding market and with the need to keep services at the present state, RIES LANDSCAPE is now able to service its Baltimore Metro and DC Metro clients with greater efficiency. At RIES LANDSCAPE we pride ourselves with the personal attention from inception to completion of all projects. With personal touch and a knowledgeable staff RIES LANDSCAPE is able to manage projects from the most complex installations to smaller straight planning jobs. From initial contact with our administrative assistant to estimating then production you will always be in contact with a person. (no answering services here) At RIES LANDSCAPE's commercial landscaping division, we are able to handle complete scope of work in house. Landscape Installation, Mitigation/ Afforestion, Irrigation, Seeding/Sodding, Hardscapes, and Site Amenities. We believe handling all aspects jobs makes us more adaptable and alleviates general contractors burden of many subcontractors. Consultation with owners and contractors along with the landscape architects is another service provided. With more projects in the design build category RIES LANDSCAPE will provide an added advantage of projects comming in on budget and on time. From budget pricing to plant/irrigation suggestions RIES LANDSCAPE endeavors to provide the most up to date technology along with years of field experience to facilitate CM scheduling. RIES LANDSCAPE's extensive network of nurseries, wholesalers and plantbrokers allows us to secure the proper plant materials in a timely manner. From our extensive irrigated holding areas to the job site plant material is handled in a professional manner with proper horticultural techniques. Description of Work: The work was in 3 phases: building of a garden fence, building a base for a medium sized shed, and bringing buried water and electric surface from house to gardens and shed (150 lf). Work was not completed on 1st and 3rd phases and work that was done had to be re-done. Contractor never showed up to complete the work despite numerous "I'll be there Tuesday morning" type of responses.
