Very SHADY company. BEWARE! American Home Shield sent this crooked company to my home to diagnose an issue with my fridge. The tech told me that the noise coming from my fridge was due to a motor issue. He never reported that issue to AHS and they denied the claim. I attempted to call this company up, to see what their explanation was, and of course, no one answers or returns my call. If you have ANY dealings with them, turn the other way. They can not be trusted. You've been warned.

I am still waiting for them to complete the job. They were contracted through American Home Shield home insurance. They came out - said they would order the part and could take up to 3 weeks. That was 9.14. I checked the order tracking number - parts were delivered on 9/20. I have called repeatedly and only get voicemail - no return call back. I contact American Home Shield and they call. They need to hear back from Premier in order to move forward.

Horrible. Our part was delivered to their residence weeks ago, and we cannot get them to respond to our emails and phone calls to set up the follow up appointment. They came out on June 22nd and said they would come back in 3 weeks to install the part. Tomorrow will be August 10th. The worst part is, we cannot get them to respond to our emails and voice messages. Nor can HSA, who we went through. We are wondering if they are even still in business!

ZERO STARS!!! May 2020 - Took seven weeks and me escalating to senior American Home Shield (AHS) management to fix my stove. AHS sent the part to him two days after the initial visit. SEVEN WEEKS!! MARCH 2021 - I didn't recognize him company but saw his face was familiar when he arrived. Had I properly recalled I would have NEVER let him in my home again. Came to fix my leaking washer and squeaking dryer. AHS denied my claim based on his assessment that a door seal that cannot be reached loading and unloading was not decayed but had been as he put it misused and abused. He also stated that the dryer was fine but 'made a little noise'. When I called him earlier in the week before I learned of his submitted assessment, he did not indicate his opinion to me (unprofessional) nor had he updated my dryer follow up request. I had another appliance company come out immediately and they stated the tear in the seal could not be from abuse and that the noise the dryer was making should be looked at more closely. This guy lied either because he was applying negative bias, not capable of doing his job or was acting in a retaliatory manner based on my complaints from last years' experience. HORRIBLE! REQUEST ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOUR WARRANTY PROVIDER SELECTS THIS ONE!!! SEE YELP FOR MORE REVIEWS!!

This is a great company! They repaired my dryer on the first visit! I would definitely hire them again.

American Homeshield warranty contracted them to fix my dryer. Technician came and said they needed two people to come back and repair. I called back multiple times never to have my phone call returned. The job was registered as "completed" with my American Homeshield warranty without ever coming back to actually do the job. I called American Homeshield multiple times to try and resolve but they got nowhere. What a frustrating and fraudulent company. Avoid them at all cost.

Repair was not completed. Parts ordered, not available I assume.

Everything went as planned, worked out great!
