Misty Clean

Melissa cleans our kitchen, living room, dining room, a big family room, two bathrooms, stairs and hallways and a large master bedroom.

I received a call the same day I inquired about their services. I received a prompt and acturate price quote. They really worked with me to help accomodate my schedule and needs. They were patient and answered all the questions I had. I felt very comfortable choosing them to complete the job. I'm very happy I chose Misty Clean and will be using them in the future.

I called and had to leave a message. No one every called me back. POOR SERV ICE!!!

I was long time customer of Misty Clean, but decided to try to tackle my house myself as my kids have gotten older and slightly more responsible. Generally speaking, we were satisfied with the work. Even recommended her services to friends. I can't speak to punctuality, as I wasn't home for most of the cleanings. When I was there, the employees were extremely cordial. We had some initially scheduling issues, but those were worked out and one time we got missed, but again, no big deal as we were picked up the next day. I can confirm that Misty Clean does use your paper towels, as a previous reviewer mentioned. Again, not a big deal to me. I was okay with their service. Even when she raised by rates from $55 to $85 because my house was taking more time than anticipated, I was fine with it. Misty didn't come out to see my house when the original quote was made and I thought it was fair that after cleaning my house for a while that the rate be adjusted. We had a problem with an item being broken by an employee, but that was resolved within 48 hours and we were compensated for the loss. Overall a good experience with this cleaning company.

My experience with them was just okay. The reason why I called them actually was because they had gotten such a high rating on Angie's List but the one thing that kind of turned me off about them was when I first made the appointment. I had made it on a Monday morning and they said they will come out early in the morning around nine. They did not show up until around twelve because the woman who called me that Monday morning when they were supposed to be here, said they have a regular customer they would always serve on Monday morning and that customer was kind of upset that they were not coming at the regularly-scheduled time. So to satisfy that customer, they bumped my appointment and said they will try to be there around ten-thirty but ten-thirty came and went and they did not come until almost noon. That was a one day off during the week for me and I had a lot of other things scheduled other than that appointment. I was kind of a little frustrated about that. I was thinking if they had this regular lady, why would they make an appointment at that time. When they did come, they did an okay job. I did see afterwards quite a few things that they had left. I do not know if they were just in a hurry trying to catch up. Quite frankly, I was kind of disappointed after all those glowing reviews I had read. If I had to have another cleaning company in here in the future, I think I have to reconsider.

I posted an update October 12, 2012 for my biweekly cleaning since June 24, 2012. Since then, I worked with Misty and her team to clarify my needs. A new technician who is punctual, detailed-oriented and professional was sent. I look forward to working with the new individual in the future. If I could give an A +, I would. Keep up the good work!

I waited a couple of weeks before posting this review to see if I discovered any disappointment in the days after they left. I found nothing to be disappointed about at all. I am thrilled!

Jessie and her team do an absolutely wonderful job cleaning my house from top to bottom every two weeks. Being a neat freak, it was hard for me to hand over the cleaning control to someone else but Misty Clean has more then met my expectations. I love coming home on the days they have been here, opening the door, and not only seeing but smelling a clean house! My wood floors shine, my bathrooms sparkle, and my kitchen is squeaky clean. I'm also impressed that they found the back to an earring while cleaning and left it out for me (something so small that really made my day). They really go above and beyond!

She was on time, thorough, and did an all around good job for a reasonable price.

I am pleased with my first visit from Misty Clean. I was able to receive documentaiton of insurance and bond to verify. The technicians went out of their way to listen to my needs and accomodate my wishes as much as possible. Though there are a few things I'd like to fine-tune, I hope to hire them in the future.

The two ladies, Julie and Susan, are always prompt, do a good job, and take direction without argument.

.Excellent service. They were very good with my cats. Mariah and Danielle worked very well together and cleaned my whole house and didn't stop until they were satisfied with the job. They asked me to give them feedback during the work, but I could only say that everything was very well done. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good job in housecleaning.

There is no quality in her company what so ever. When I called her she was all business. She sent a women to do 1 ½ work when I said I need at least 4 hours maybe 6. The owner told the told the woman who came was told I only needed 1 ½ work and that it was just sweeping up some crumbs and some minor things. I clearly told the owner there was much more work needed to be done. She offered to come back the next Monday but I declined this. It was not a good experience.

I used the team at Misty Clean to service my house last January. The cleaners at Misty do excellent work and acted in a very professional manner. I will continue to use their service's again in the future.

They were prompt and had good prices. They were courteous and patient with our pets. They definitely did a thorough job cleaning the house.

We got them from Angie's List. They did a good job.

They are fabulous. They had come in two weeks ago and they are coming today. Their cleaning services are figured out by the square foot area of the facility of the home they clean. We pay them $110 for each clean. They thoroughly clean the first floor, that’s the floor my mother is on. They do everything including the floors. They are very good. The cleaners I have seen are two girls, who come in every time unless they are sick, and they are very nice and very reliable. We have this service primarily for my mother's benefit and my mother is very pleased with them. They are excellent cleaners. They take care of the objects in my home. They do a very good job. If some individual family is in need of some cleaning help I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I have no idea what to rate them on pricing other than a high rating because I don’t know what anyone else charges. I don’t think their price is too high for the level of detail and attention they give our home every other week. Their quality of work is excellent. They do the window cleaning as well for us, and they do a very fine job.

Danielle and Mariah arrived on time and finished in about 3 hours. They cleaned everything, including the inside of my microwave. They did an excellent job, especially in the bathrooms.

She gets back to me really quickly if I need to change the dates of my cleaning or if I need an additional cleaning.

We were searching for a company to replace the one we had been using for regular bi-weekly housecleaning. We contacted Misty Clean based on favorable reviews in Angies List. We have been very pleased and now have Misty Clean clean our house every other Wednesday AM. Misty herself has been very responsive to our scheduling needs. The cleaning team has been thorough, and they are very pleasant people as well.

I had some issues with them, but they were great in providing a remedy for the problems that I had. They returned and did a cleaning free of charge due to the issue. They were very professional and polite and did the best they could. The woman who owns it is wonderful.

Misty is great to work with. She is smart, reasonable, fair and sensitive to both her customer and employees. The two ladies that clean my house (Angie and Shannon) are professional, personable and willing to make things right. Things have not been perfect, but they will be because the company is determined to get the job done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction, even if you are a super picky bed maker :) , or something should be done over. The company has integrity and you can be asured that Misty will not just let things go. She and the ladies togther work hard to put the customer's needs first. I am so happy that I found Misty Clean. They do an excellent job.

I contacted Misty because of the high rating on Angie's List. No one came to my house to give an estimate. It was based on the size of the house and rooms needed. Misty and I had trouble reaching each other by phone but we finally did and schedule the cleaning for a day when I would be here to give verbal instructions of what needed to be cleaned. The person never showed on the agreed day due to an error in their system. Misty apologized and discounted the fee. The person arrived the following week on time. Unfortunately, the quality of her cleaning was well below my expectations. Half of the furniture was not dusted.. the hardwood floor was streaked (she used a rag wrapped around my string mop because she had forgotten hers). She was vacuuming the carpet with the hardwood floor attachment so I had her use my vacuum on the carpets and even then, she only partially vacuumed. Anyway, I'm sure Misty has better employees but she should train them better. I was extremely disappointed and told her I would not be using her services in the future.

Melissa from Misty Clean comes every other week. She is wonderful with my dogs and I feel perfectly comfortable leaving to do errands while she is here. She does a wonderful job and makes my life so much easier.

Misty Clean gave me a choice between 2 workers for 1 hour or 1 person for two hours. I chose 2 for one hour. Instead only one person arrived. She was an extremely nice woman, but definitely not experienced. I cannot complain about price since I was using a coupon. I did tip her well because I am sure she did her best and the terms of the coupon suggested that employees should be tipped on the normal cost of the service and not the coupon. In the past I have used Molly Maid and this did not compare favorably.
