I emailed Misty. She called me right away, then sent me an email estimate. We arraqnged a date & time. That morning, I called her to tell her that the time was not going to work for me. She contacted the person who was scheduled to come to my house (Erica) and arranged an earlier time. Erica arrived on time, cleaned all rooms as discussed with Misty. As the time was earlier than I had planned, I did not have the check waiting; Misty told me I could just mail it to her. Very accommodating.

Overall everything went very well. Misty is very flexible (we had to change the date) and the women did a great to good job. One woman did not clean some of the light furniture or get all of the white construction dust off of the floor, but I did tell Misty about this and she was interested in hearing how the cleaning went. This same woman became lost getting to my house and came over a 1/2 hour later than the first two people. The crew finished earlier than expected and Misty changed the cost of services to reflect this. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

Misty was very responsive to my email and had her people out to my house within a week. She was very easy to work with and the whole experience was easy during a very stressful time!

They do a nice thorough job. I especially appreciate that Misty is easily available to talk to and that I am notified of any changes in service very promptly.

They do a very good job. The single person that comes, her English is competent. The in depth cleaning was fantastic and the regular cleanings are above average. On a scale of 1-10 I would call it an 8. We have almost 3000 sq. ft. and she cleans it in almost 3 hours and she comes in a timely manner.

Dealing with Misty is a pleasure. She returns calls. I've used Michelle the last three times. They come once a month. She is very pleasant and nice. Does a very thorough job. They are very nice and honest. I would highly recommend Misty Clean to clean your home. Whenever I need an invoice, she sends one right away. She's fabulous.

I unexpectedly broke my foot! My mom is coming to help me since I can't drive or climb stairs but my house was D I R T Y. I was going to clean on Saturday after running errands neither of which I can do now with the broken foot. I was in a panic. I checked the companies (reviews, etc) and that sold me. I called them today knowing that it was going to be a long shot to get anyone on such short notice. I called Misty and explained the situation. She said, well, actually, we do havea team that can come this afternoon. Talk about prayers being answered. Malinda and Crystal got here and went right to work. They were so nice and willing to help me. They even carried stuff up the steps for me since I can't do all three flights at once (ok, not even supposed to do any!). These ladies were pleasant, efficient, and thorough. The house is sparkling and I have time to spare before my mom arrives!!! Although my original intent was to have this be a one shot deal, I am so impressed I am redoing my budget to see if I can swing having them come back!!! The stress alone of having my mother clean the house of her grown daughter made this expense well worth the price!! Thank you so much for your help.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Misty by phone and then followed up on e-mail to set up housecleaning. Quotes from different companies ranged from $70-$150. I felt comfortable that this company was right in the middle and offered monthly services so I didn't have to commit to every two weeks. I was also pleasantly surprised to get a quote over the phone that was accurate. I have now had three cleanings and am very happy with Misty Clean and feel I made a good choice. For the first cleaning, I stayed home to meet Tabitha and give her a key, as well as show her where I kept trash bags, special products, sheets, etc. I also wanted to be sure she was aware of our cats and the rooms they are not allowed in so that those doors stay closed when she is done. She was very friendly and personable. She has also consistently used the special products I requested (a special gel for the ceramic stove, a special spray for a granite sink in the bathroom and an aluminum polish for the kitchen sink). The cleaning always includes everything on the list on the Misty Clean web site -- vacuuming carpets, washing hardwoods and tiles, wiping down surfaces, etc. I have never felt that anything was overlooked or skipped over. One thing to note is that the regular service is not a deep clean (i.e. door handles and switch plates aren't wiped down, windows and sills aren't cleaned, etc.), but it includes all the main important cleaning tasks. We intend to use the "spring cleaning" service once or twice a year for the deeper clean. As far as extra touches, we like that the service includes switching bed linens on our king bed and taking the trash out to the patio. We also like that Tabitha will move the litter boxes and get all of the litter spills around them vacuumed up (another company we spoke with said they would not vacuum litter because it damages their equipment). The coupon for the first four cleanings has also been a great value. This has been my first experience hiring a housecleaner, and I am glad I chose Misty Clean.

I contacted Misty Clean over the phone and they inquired as to the size of the home and the expectation. They articulated clearly what would be provided for the cost. Date and time for first cleaning was set, and they arrived exactly on time and begain work immediately. The upfront understanding of precisely what work would be conducted was helpful and the ability to over deliver was greatly appreciated.

I have to say that Misty is a very polite enjoyable person to talk to on the phone. She answered all of my questions and responded quickly to any emails I had. She sent a cleaning person over to our house and she did arrive on time. I gave her a walk through of the house since no one had ever seen the house before and talked about cleaning products to be used. First thing that went wrong was the cleaning person showed up with no cleaning towels, rags or paper products to clean with. So I supply her with whatever she needed. I also had to provide furniture polish because she had none. After about 3 hours she came out of the house and said she was done (I chose to stay outside and out of her way during the first visit) so I wrote her a check and had to leave the house without checking it. She also came out of the house on her cell phone arguing with someone about the time she had spent in my house. When I returned home I discovered that she did not clean my half bath nor did she clean my sunroom or laundry room. I called Misty to let her know that I was dissapointed with everything that had happened. She did get back to me quickly and she did offer to send the same person back out to my house to correct the problem. I chose not to have that person come back.

As usual, the house was cleaned according to our needs and we were pleased with the service. We have MistyClean come every two weeks.

As an elderly couple, we've had considerable experience with home cleaning. Our first contact with Misty Clean was by phone and her representative came the next week to tackle our 5 room, 2 1/2 bath town home. She proved highly satisfactory; I had nothing with which to take issue and have never had to mention an oversight.

Everything has been great. The quality of their service is high, and they are very quick. I have been happy with them and will continue to use them.

It's always excellent! I've never had any problems, at all, with any of the girls. They try to keep the same workers in the same house. They are very accommodating and I'll continue to use them for my housecleaning needs.

It turned out very well. I would recommend them. The cost listed is what I pay per visit.

Something is wrong. 1st cleaning person arrived 2 hrs early. Told to come back at 11 they arrived at 11:30. 2nd cleaning 2 hrs late with no phone call from the office! In 2 months, 5 cleanings, I had to train 2 different people and was about get my third person when I decided to stop using the company. I am very particular and it takes time to train a person to use the products and the applications I desire. After training 2 good cleaners I was not willing to train another who may also last 2-3 cleanings and the new cleaner was a male which my husband was not comfortable with. I informed Misty we would no longer use her services. She understood. What occurred two days later is very disturbing and unprofessional. Misty left two unprofessional phone messages ranting about using her former employee and threatened to see me in court if I continued to use her and continued to accuse the former employee of cheating and stealing. I have no contract with Misty and never met her. Our only contact has been on the phone or via email. Calling me the day prior to a cleaning left me in a predicament. With an important business dinner at my home that week I needed someone to clean who knew my home. The former cleaner was the only person available in such short notice. While the lady was cleaning and I was out Misty came to my home. I since have found an individual who has worked for over 30 years in the area is self employed, cleans exceptionally and for a reasonable rate. Do yourself a favor and hire a local individual. Get referrals, give them two trial runs and you will both win.

We have been exceptionally please with the level of service Misty Clean has provided. Novita is a gem - she is punctual, friendly, nice to my children, and trustworthy. She is receptive to special requests and is open to suggestions on cleaning products (I have 2 very little kids). I will continue to bask in the glory of a completely clean house every other Tuesday!

I emailed Misty for a quote and she email me back promptly. She gave me a quote over the phone and we set up a time for a cleaner to come out and do the job. The cleaner showed up a little late but stayed for over 6 hours to get the job done. She did a great job. I love the fact that one cleaner is assigned to us and she is the only one that comes to our house and that we pay a flat rate for the job, not an hourly rate!

Then, the next day, I received a second email, changing the appointment day to Wednesday. I replied back, saying that was fine, and that I was personally available that day. I asked if it would still be 12:30, since she did not specify anything different. She returned my email, below: "You will be her second house, but it could be closer to 1 or 1:30pm". I was dismayed at this point, because if I had 60 minutes to waste waiting for somebody, I would have 60 minutes to clean my own house, not pay her. I replied "If you cannot specify an exact time, please have her call me on my cell number 30 minutes before she arrives, it is XXX-XXX-XXXX". She never replied to the email, so I assumed she would do just what I asked. On Wednesday, I got no call, so I called Misty at 1:30, and she did not answer. I then called her again at 1:40. I asked why I had never received a call, nor email, and she replied "she's already been there!" She said "sorry, I can send her right back out in 20 minutes". I told her I needed 40 min to get there, and she agreed I would meet her at 2:20pm. I took an hour off work (outside of lunch), and I WAITED THERE until 2:50pm, and called Misty again. She didn't answer. Surprise. I left a message, explaining my dissatisfaction, telling her my time was wasted, and to please call to explain or reschedule. She called back immediately, and told me "the lady" had tried to call me all day, with no answer. I told her I had no missed calls nor voice mails, on either phone. I asked to confirm the number she called, and she told me my family member's phone number (!). I told her that, and she corrected herself. Then she told me the lady had shown up at 12:30, for our appointment, and I was not there, and she couldn't come back now (?). I told her she had changed our appointment to 1-1:30pm, and her response was "so we were early and we waited, so what". I told her it still did not make sense, she never called me yet my phones work fine. She said "well I believe her, I'll get her on 3-way. I have 50 customers and I've never had a problem except with you" (!). Misty gets her on the phone and says "tell him when you showed up and what numbers you called" and the lady replied "I was there before 12pm and waited 40 minutes, then I called [family member]". At that point I told Misty it was obvious there had been scheduling AND communication issues, if she could please just apologize and leave it at that, we could reschedule. She continued to deny and try to argue, belittling me, so I was left to just say "I'm sorry we cannot continue this business relationship" and hung up to go back to work. I have now rescheduled with a more professional agency who had a secretary, answered politely, sent me a contract via email, and gave me an exact time with a 30 minute call ahead. Misty's price was good, but missing hours of work and not getting returned phone calls does not justify the relatively small cost savings. Sorry!

I have never been happier. I have had my share of house cleaners and I continually get disappointed in the quality of the job. Misty Schultz is a true professional - not to mention an extremely nice person. She promptly answered my phone call and came out to my home the next day. Misty knew EXACTLY what I wanted done and assured me that she could make me happy. Although Misty's schedule was tight, she insisted on coming out the following week to clean my entire home, over 4000 sq. ft. (before our weekend guests arrived). My house sparkles from baseboard to ceiling. Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you, she got every stinkin' cob web COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED by my last house cleaner. We learned about Misty Clean through a friend who uses the service regularly. We wanted to have our home professionally cleaned prior to several showings. I called Misty and left a message. She immediately called me back. Even though Misty Clean generally serves Anne Arundel County, Misty said she would be willing to service our Baltimore County home. After visiting our home, Misty provided us with a fair estimate. Pleased, we hired Misty Clean for the job. Misty Clean did a great job in helping to make our home "show ready." The cleaning was very thorough. In fact, they cleaned things I would not have even thought of. The bathrooms were gleaming! The service Misty Clean provided contributed to the quick sale of our home. We now plan to use Misty Clean to help us tidy up our new home.

Very good, very dependable, pleasant person to have in my home, completely honest and reliable and careful. In past three years, never a thing out of place or broken. Remembers where things are and puts them back when finished cleaning. Good businesswoman.
