Description of Work: We contacted Misty Clean after deciding to do a once a month house cleaning. Just had our first cleaning with Misty Clean. Work was well done and detailed. My wife was a bit concerned at first with the ability of a cleaning service to have the same attention to detail as herself, but upon returning home to the clean house and "inspecting" the work she was very pleased. We'll keep using them as we are able. Only negative was some administrative details on the front end: original call was placed on Saturday, Nov. 17 during (according to the website) business hours and I left a message. I called back on Monday morning after the business day began (again, according to the website hours of operation) and got a hold of Chrissy. She was very nice and asked if she could call me back in 15 minutes. She called back a couple of hours later (no big deal, really) and we scheduled the cleaning to take place on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving). I received email confirmation same day (great) with pricing contract (FYI: 1200sq ft townhouse $125 initial cleaning, $100 each cleaning afterwards). I received an email on thanksgiving asking if we could change times for our Friday cleaning to the morning instead of the afternoon bc of a customer conflict. I replied that we were not available but could push to Saturday or the next week. I received a response same day (on Thanksgiving) saying they would be there an hour later than planned originally. Not a big deal for us. The cleaning ladies arrived 45 minutes late. They explained their GPS wasn't bringing them to the right place. They were very nice and we had a good chat. I gave them my cell # in case they needed anything and they assured me they were just fine. Only thing that would have been better was the little coordinating stuff on the front end and for the crew to have my info (phone #). It's house cleaning, so I don't really mind the back and forth that much but it was a little annoying in the moment. I am glad to know they want to value flexibility with their customers and scheduling. I value the conversation and personal approach; it made me confident they would be safe to work with and do a good job. I'll use them again for that, but in the back of my mind, I know I will probably need to be flexible with the details when it comes to scheduling with them.

Description of Work: I have used this service off and on the past few years. Responsiveness and organization are not a top priority and you never get a confirmation unless its 15 mins after they were supposed to show up. I understand this is not an easy business to run, but you have to some expecation of professionalism. I am going to use Angie's List to look elsewhere for something more reliable. The women that cleaned did a decent job overall, issues were always with "lack of" or zero communication. Just don't seem to care.......

Description of Work: Long story short: Misty's cleaned my house about a year ago. All A's. Where the customer service part comes in, I had an appointment and had to cancel twice due to an urgent pet medical situation. Misty was understanding and accommodating. I paid a small amount cancelation after the second cancelation so her workers could be paid. I felt this was fair, since I canceled a couple of hours before both appointments.
