Description of Work: KandK was contracted to build an addition to our house. It began fine, but then after the first month, the work came to a standstill for three weeks with no word from the contractor and no way to get hold of him. His phone said that the mailbox was full, and his website would not take any inquiry. From then on, it was hit or miss when any work was done on the home. Kevin Moore is very hard to reach, only by text, and only returns texts when he feels like it. The work, as of this writing, is still not done. Our advice, stay away. This has also been a nightmare.

+ 7 moreWe had several different bills at the end, all supposedly for the same work and each with different dollar amounts. Fortunately we had written agreements, which though we had them, the company salesman still attempted to collect more than the stated contract. They were four weeks behind schedule and much of the work had to be corrected after the inspection due to not being performed properly. The company did not stand by their work and after we had the inspection and called for them to address the repairs, they did not show up nor did they respond to our communication, even though they will give you a statement of a 10 year of warranty. This experience was a nightmare for us.
Description of Work: General remodeling/renovation. Do ensure that you have written agreements with this company and also agreements with any subcontractors they use. Be sure to ask before hand what any change to the original work will cost and secure everything in writing. You do not want surprises at the end.
