Description of Work: If I had written this review the day the work was performed, he would have done better. I spent hours fixing the rock path because he didn't have enough rocks to do the job the way he described he would. The deal was for 20 hours of landscaping labor, I got 10. Possibly add 2 for the visit and to pick up the rocks. I discussed this detail with him and he said that he was more efficient. That's okay, but I felt I was short changed. The owner was late to the appointment to discuss the job. He never measured anything and gave me an estimate of 6-7 yards of mulch to purchase. It was not enough because I order 8 yards and I was at least 3 yards short. When I discussed these deficiencies, he rattled off some efficiency excuse. There seemed to be a bit of a language barrier. The work he did complete was very nice; however, the rock path and the mulching were incomplete and he did not come close to the number of hours in the purchase. I won't use this company again.

Description of Work: Leave Removal and clean up. Horrible communication, they did not show up on scheduled days for clean up, if no one was home for a service needed outside they would leave and not contact us. Re-Scheduled several times. Final clean up took longer than needed and we had to have them come back and pay an additional fee for final clean up. Have used in the past years and will not use again due to this poor communication.

Description of Work: As is typical with outdoor work, this had to be rescheduled a time or two, but we got there in the end. He had a "basic" fall cleanup job, but my yard is nothing like the "typical" yard you think of. Many trees and more leaves than you can imagine. The yard looked *great* when they were done!

Description of Work: Yard clean up, plant care and weed removal. All done with care and as I asked. Jose, the owner, was on site as is his usual practice. Will use in the future for expanded work items.

Description of Work: I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by JS Landscaping. I had a very overgrown pond in front of my house (we referred to it as the jungle) ... and in 6 hours the jungle was completely gone! I could not believe how much work was done in that amount of time. Scheduling was prompt, they came when they said they would, and the work exceeded all my expectations.
