Description of Work: We purchased a deal for mulching with the provider and gave them some dates for this week when we would be available as we had some other contractors coming out to do additional work later in the week. The company contacted us the next day and asked we provide our phone number so they could schedule us in, but it is now half way into the week and 2 of our available dates have passed with no call from the company so we decided to cancel and do the work ourselves.

Description of Work: I scheduled with GHCL, LLC and told them I would be paying for a dumpster to be brought in since I needed them to remove some bushes for me. They waited until the day before to leave me a message that they would not be coming as scheduled, saying that the reason for their cancellation was that rain was predicted. By then the dumpster had already been delivered at a cost of $375 to me. When I reminded them that I told them I would be bringing in and paying for a dumpster and insisted that they come as scheduled they changed their story and admitted that they were behind in other work and had been for 4 days. Had they let me know that when they fell behind, I could have canceled the dumpster. They then said they could have someone out by 9 am the next day, so I delayed going to work to meet them. Well not only was there no rain that day, they didn't show up by 9:15 AM so I went to work only to receive an email that 1 worker (not the 2 promised) could be there by 10 am. I had had enough by then so I got my money back from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Extensive cleanup of plant beds, removal of 40 feet of lariape, removal of 30 year old Alberta Spruce, spreading of mulch throughout property. Everything went as projected and agreed to. A very positive experience.

Description of Work: Cleaned up yard. They did a good job.

Description of Work: Trimmed hedge. Weeded.Cleaned up.Mulched play area and planted areas.

Description of Work: We had a variety of landscape work done including removal of several large bushes, trimming bushes, weeding, edging, and debris removal. They did an excellent job and we were amazed at home much got done in the time we had paid for. We'll definitely be using them again for future landscape needs!

Description of Work: They provide excellent mowing service. Maria is always responsive, courteous and professional. Except for bad weather, they perform the work when scheduled and leave the area clean. Nice job :)

Description of Work: They do a good job every time but would like to see that the tall weeds (in the 3' boxed tree area) in front of the house be done as part of the service. Maria is always responsive and very polite! Overall, good job!

Maria Daniels came out and took measurements, etc., and the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of weeding, laying the mulch, and cleaning up in an outstanding manner. I hope they participate with Angie's list next year as we'll be sure to use them again if they do. | |

Description of Work: This company is very professional and was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a visit for an estimate.. Unfortunately their service area does not include where I live. They were willing to make an exception and perform a Spring clean up of my yard, but could not mow my lawn and trim on a regular basis. I appreciated their coming out to give me an estimate and may call them again if they do decide to work in this area.
