Description of Work: They removed 12 bushes and trimmed others and hauled away all the debris (for an extra $100.)

Description of Work: Did a good job. The scheduling got messed up - a day earlier than anticipated and turned up ½ hour earlier and with more workers than discussed the day before. The scheduling only caused a problem cuz had to reschedule pool opening and mulch delivery. Turning up with more people only caused a problem cuz I had to leave and anticipated they would still be working when I got back. But was pleased with the work.

Description of Work: I placed the order in mid March for April 21 date. I told them there were approx 35 plants that had been delivered and needed to be planted after flower beds were dug. Due to backlog due to rain, they moved date to 4/29, then 5/1 due to rain (but both dates were light showers and not all day. They called a few days prior to 4/29 and 5/1 to cancel due to rain predictions. They said they did not work on weekends which is curious to me. Yes, the weather has been unusual, but other contractors work in light rain and weekends to catch up. Too many excuses with this company and not customer focused.

Description of Work: They spread mulch, cut down last year's ornamental grass, performed other spring cleanup, and hauled everything away (at addl. cost) I was very pleased and will call the company again.

Description of Work: Communication difficult due to language barrier. Extensive work was done on an area of my property which had not been a priority and the opposite for the area most important to me. Due to difficulty in viewing the site as they worked (due to location on the property and my recent knee replacement), it was hard to monitor as they worked. I called the office shortly thereafter and a solution was promised but no call has ever been received.

Description of Work: Had to work hard to get it scheduled with multiple calls - the first date scheduled was far from when the contact was made. It was then delayed for weather, which was reasonable. However, they didn't come for he second time scheduled. When we called to find out why, they said they expected us to call back to confirm, but the message left said they were coming unless they called and moved the date again due to weather. When I called back the next weekday, the answering machine said they were closed for the season. They did call back despite the message saying they were closed for the season and come- two months after the original call. The amount of work completed was very minimal with a tiny proportion of our leaves picked up. We have used other service providers in the past and they got much larger areas cleared in the same time we purchased from this team. Won't get our business again.

Description of Work: Cleaned up leaves and branches on property and clean up weeds in flower beds. All they had time for was cleaning up the leaves. There was a lot of leaves. I had no idea of the amount of leaves there were. They did a good job. |I had a little trouble reaching them to confirm the time, but it worked out.
