It went great and they were good. They sent 3 people out to do the job and they got the job done in about one hour. They did everything as I expected. The workers were all good, very professional, and courteous. The scheduling was excellent.

They called and let me know that I was outside of the service area for the deal.

Left provider message regarding scheduling. Never heard back. Hired someone else.

I contacted them about scheduling the appointment. They asked for my address, they let me know that I was out of their service area and I would have to pay addtional money. He advised me just to get a refund for the deal since I did not want to pay any additional fees.

Provider contacted me an hour after purchase to inform that I live out of their service area. They were very professional about it, and told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

The Deal: 20 hrs for 1 person or 6-1/2 hrs for 3 people. Fernando and his crew of 2 arrived promptly and I showed him the front bed that had the 80 yr old azalea stumps and ivy with huge roots. As they dug out the roots, they uncovered a concrete walkway going from the front door to the side of the house which had been covered up by the azalea and 4" of dirt. They also expanded the size of the remaining bed. Once they finished the front, they weeded the 30' x 10' garden plot in the backyard. They had to stop before completing the 20 hours. They could have come back on Monday, but I opted to wait for next Spring. Fernando is giving me an estimate for mulch and topsoil to be delivered in April 2015 and I'll use the remaining 2 hrs then. Fernando and his crew are wonderful! They were professional and worked non-stop on this project. He discussed issues as they arose, like unknown sidewalk, and offered options. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend their services to others.

The team does a great job and works very quickly--they get all of the pesky weeds in our brick and stone patio and having them come and tidy up is almost like getting a yard makeover!

The team was great. They arrived promptly, were very courteous and worked for two days to finish the work. The bed looks great and now it's up to us to complete the watering.

Two guys were sent, working 1.5 hours each - this should equate to the three hours manpower we for. However these two worked side by side and talked the entire time. The amount of ground they covered in that time was very underwhelming. They seemed in no hurry to be efficient with their work. I had done plenty of weeding myself in the past so have a reasonable perspective on what should have been achieved in that time. In an effort to get some value out of the investment I had paid for, I had them change tasks in the final half hour - asking them to blow leafs from a garden bed. They grumbled about this and said by the time they were set up, it would needs us to pay more. Very disappointed.

This job was performed after I purchased a deal from Angie's list. I was contacted promptly by GHC's Maria and we arranged for Fernando to visit my property. We needed to prioritize the work I wanted done so as to use the 40 hours of labor provided under the deal most effectively. Fernando and his co-worker listened to the various tasks I hoped to have done, and I later received a confirming list from Maria, which quite accurately summarized our conversation. The work was performed over three days, and I am very pleased with the results. Fernando and his co-worker worked very h****** two extremely hot and humid days, and even did some things not explicitly on the list. For example, one area that needed to be cleared had an old tree stump about 6-7" across--they completely dug it out so that the area in the new garden would be fully cleared. We conferred periodically on details of the design, and Fernando provided advice and guidance on how to proceed. He also worked cooperatively with my neighbor who was building a new fence at the same time. The quality of the landscaping they did is excellent, finished off with a rich mulch that makes the existing gardens much more attractive and that serves as a backdrop in the areas to be planted with new shrubs and perennials. Fernando is amiable, knowledgeable, agreeable, and hardworking. He kept very careful notes about the number of hours they worked, excluding lunches, and so on, and in the end, they concluded that they still owe about six more hours. They will gladly return to complete the remaining time later this fall. It was a pleasure working with GHC and I enthusiastically recommend them.

The crew was efficient and hard working. This is the 2nd time I used them and plan to use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on a regular basis, were very professional, and kept in constant touch with the customer. When rain caused delays on a scheduled mowing day, they would inform us of the alternate day that services would be performed. They were a true pleasure to work with!

The 2 workmen arrived on time, were polite and efficient AND EFFECTIVE! They raked up and removed a large amount of garden debris from my medium sized suburban backyard (600 square feet?). I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Fernando and another worker arrived on time and was very courteous. Maria called about 20mins in advance to let me know they were on their way. Both employees worked very hard and did a great job however, they could not finish my entire yard in an hour and a half. I requested they remain but they were already scheduled for another job in another location. I was a little upset because I would have liked my entire yard completed. To their credit, Maria has called and made attempts to reschedule but as of now, we have not been able to have the work completed.

They were going to charge $50 extra for the distance they traveled to my home. It was a 3 hour cleanup for my lawn and I got mulching and they keep telling me that the 3 hour is 3 man hours so if there are 3 people here they would work for 1 hour. I had a small half acre yard and they still explained to me that there were 3 hours of work meant 3 persons working for 1 hour. They put the mulching down and the yard was not cleaned. I told them to do the jobs separately but they merged them and did the together, however they ended up doing the mulching and forgetting to do the cleanup. They cleaned the beds for mulching and the yard wasn't cleaned. So I was very disappointed. They kept repeating that 3 hours of man labor for cleaning the lawn is 1 hour for 3 men. I felt like they planned to not do the whole yard and I even paid the extra for the distance. They should have been able to do the whole job in the time they said they should do it. I wasn't pleased. So I spent $453.

Crew was on time, polite, professional and got right to work as soon as estimated cost was negotiated and confirmed.

Green Healthy Cleaning Inc was very efficient with this job. Maria was prompt in arriving to provide a more accurate quote for the job and her team performed well accomplishing all of the required yard mulching and some trimming. I would certainly use their services in the future.

Everything was wonderful such as: 1. They were on time for the appointment; 2. They were very professional and courteous; 3. They were clean and tidy; 4. The price was reasonable; 5. The job they did was excellent; and most important; 6. They were kind and respectful - willing to listen the customer.

I purchased a coupon for 3 cubic yards of mulch to be delivered and spread for $249. Didn't realize it was good for within the 15 mile radius of their hq, which is brooklyn, md. So maria who was pleasant and tried to group it with another site. However that didnt' work out, and so they would have to ask $25 bucks for travel fee to go out to ellicott city. At any point, she said i could cancel the coupon and get a refund if i wanted. So i opted to go ahead with it. They showed up around 11am with a crew of 3 people and they got the mulching done on all my flower beds, trees , etc in a neat and efficient manner. I would use them again.

I bought this service for my mother's birthday. The weather didn't cooperate with the plans but they were great at rescheduling and eventually it worked out. Mom was pleased so I am pleased.

company had problems and were a no show for appt. did email later that day but a call would have been more responsible because I don't keep my email on all day. I thought yard work was all inclusive but I was wrong. I had a bed that I wanted mulch spread (already in bags, stacked). 2 guys arrived, and I had them for 1 1/2 hours. told them what I wanted. we had a start (the clock starts ticking) at 8:15am. after I went into the house, the workman called the office, then the office manager called me (the clock is still ticking towards my paid time) who told me that laying the mulch down could not be done since the "deal" I purchased was for leaf removal. (no leaves in my yard) at this late date. she stated the crew could do weeding. I gave them the harder job of weeding a bed but all this time no work was getting done.. the crew stopped working 8:35. I figure I got a good 70 min of work. the area they worked on looked great & I would have used them to finish the yard but that would also include laying the mulch. since they used "my time" to call the office and have the office call me, I will not use them.
