East Coast Concrete did such a wonderful job on our new driveway! They answered all the questions we asked and made it such a happy experience! We are so happy that we were able to get this project done! Definitely would recommend!

Just recently had my kitchen remodled and could bot be not be more pleased. Not only did they beat the price of the other estimates i recieved but they exceeded my expectations from the project itself, but also did so in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company for any home renovations, due to the fact that I’ve also had them install a concrete pad in my backyard about a year ago and was also not disappointed what so ever. Now that I’ve had two experiences with this company, I can say that I would refer them to anyone. With all being said, the customer service is also phenomenal. A plus plus all the way!!!!

I hired East Coast concrete/ Mid-Atlantic to install a stamped concrete sidewalk at my home. They made several errors in the initial forming which I had to bring to their attention to correct. They were even going to use wire fencing instead of the proper concrete wire mesh which I required them to correct. I was not able to be on the site for the full day of the actual concrete pour and was not able to correct the poor stamping job that they did. They were even going to use the wrong color dye until I had them corrected it. I would not recommend this company since they are very unprofessional and made several errors in my job which I now have to live with.

The worker left a pile of deck boards with rusty nails in my backyard. I called repeatedly and asked for the deck boards to be removed and I was told they would come very soon. They did not come. I hired another contractor to come and remove the deck board pile.

On September 14, 2024, we entered into a contract with East Coast Concrete for the completion of a side house walkway stairs and backyard bluestone patio. Per our agreement, the project was scheduled to begin between September 28 and 30, 2024. I made the first payment of $4,950 as part of the contract to begin the project. After multiple inquiries, preliminary work commenced with the removal of grass on October 4, 2024. However, work was expected to resume on Monday, October 7, 2024, which did not occur. I spoke with you that day regarding the delay, and you assured me that you would call back, but no further communication has been received. Despite repeated calls and texts, I have not been able to establish contact regarding the continuation of the project. Therefore, a stop payment was placed on the second installment l. You have not operated in good faith that suggests you will complete the job. Given the constant delays, lack of communication, and failure to uphold the terms of the contract, we formally canceling the contract and are requesting a full refund of my $4,950 deposit. We were later told over the phone, as witnessed by a second party, that a refund would be issued. Then the offer was rescinded in the email correspondence.

Great costumer service

The crews did a real nice job on replacing my old concrete walkway. They were very conscientious and skillful. They also helped by rerouting a drain line that was underneath the original walkway. It all looks very very good !

They offered so much more for then other quotes I received, some the same price others much higher. The rain stopped them for a few days but, they were right back at it when it quit raining. They did a good job cleaning up and removing all the debris. Leaving nothing for me to do but enjoy my nice new driveway Excellent work

Hired contractor to fix leaking in back door. They charged me $3000 and did not fix this issue. I reached out on more than one occasion to address the issue and they have given me the runaround. Stating they will come to address the issue and never showing up.

East Coast Concrete were amazing. They came out within two days of my requesting an estimate. They were prompt and communicative prior to their arrival. Once there they provided a reasonable quote for the work to be completed and were able to expedite the day of repairs which was of immense help to me because I was concerned about the weather impacting my chimney and potential water issues. Crew showed up as agreed upon and got to work resolving the issue same-day. Would highly recommend! All staff were wonderful and walked me through the process with care and consideration.

I would recommend them for all your masonry and concrete needs. This is a very knowledgeable team from sales to install. I have other projects that will be upcoming that I have gotten proposals for. None of the other companies that submitted proposals were as knowledgeable or as affordable. My future work will be completed by East Coast. This company delivers!

I had East Coast install a Stamped Patio and Fire Pit. They did an amazing Job. It was a very easy process. Iâ m so excited to spend my fall evening getting warm by the fire!!
