I had a Livingsocial voucher for them to clean the carpets in 5 areas. I made an appointment for late October, first call of the day, which was 8-10am. They had not arrived by 10, so I called and left a message. They eventually called back to say there was a 'mix-up' on the schedule and they could come that afternoon. I had already taken off have the day waiting for them, so I rescheduled for a week later. Here it is a week later and another no-show and no call either to explain or reschedule. This is no way to run a business; if they don't want to honor the voucher, they should just say so and not waste my time.

I purchased a Living Social deal for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. I called Dynasty Home Services 3 times, leaving messages, without any response. Finally on the 4th try I reached someone and made an appointment. They called a day or two ahead of the appointment to cancel because the truck broke down and spoke to my husband and told him they'd call back to re-schedule. They never did. I called again (5th time now) and re-scheduled for today. They never showed up and I didn't hear from them. So I called AGAIN and was told that because of the weather they were not servicing. However, the skies and road are clear, so I don't see an issue. A phone call from them this morning would have been nice, since I spent a while getting the carpets cleared off so they could clean them. But I guess that's too much to ask for?
