Description of Work: "Ted, Wizard Tech, was very nice. Had approx 30ft line to clean. He was efficient and quick. I asked if he got much out of vent line and he said yes. I was sorry I couldn't see how much as he had cleaned up. Wellll, later in day I went outside to check on the flap and WOW, all the lint was lying on the ground! The dryer does heat much better. But he didn't do a complete job he was paid to do! |"

Description of Work: they did a good thorough job,and my dryer is working so much better,dryer in less time at less electric cost, the tech I believe his name was Eric was professional,helpful, and easy to talk and work with patient and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: They did a great job. The previous owner of the home we purchased never had the dryer cents cleaned and they were in horrible shape. I feel like I could have found a deal cheaper but all in all I'm a satisfied customer.

Description of Work: very friendly service, but the tape he put on the dryer vent fell off less than a week later (totally negating any work he did). Also, he didn't clean up the full trash bag of lint that was outside that he pulled out of the dryer vent and left. For a service like that, I hoped the work he did would last longer than a week and that he would have cleaned up the mess he made. But they are very friendly and can come super quickly.

Description of Work: Completely cleaned by dryer duct, replaced the exterior vent with a new one to prevent birds from nesting. The service tech is well aware of his reputation on Angie's list and will do anything to make it right. It was a pleasure to fine a service contractor who cares.

Description of Work: Ted cleaned my dryer vent and replaced outside vent exhaust with metal exhaust. I was very impressed with Ted's honesty. He saved me money by telling me that I did not need a new dryer vent hose. I highly recommend Ted.

Description of Work: The tech was punctual at the agreed upon time. He cleaned my dryer vent system in a timely fashion and was in and out in about a half hour.

Description of Work: He came and gave an estimate of about $125 to clean out the dryer vent. After cleaning with his rotating brush, he pronounced that the vent was clean, but no air would flow out from the dryer through the vent. He then determined that no air was coming out of the dryer. He took the back off the dryer and looked for lint clogging the dryer. At that point, he said he couldn't go any further, and that we would have to call the dryer manufacturer or a repairman. |We did have a person come from Whirlpool (with whom we had an extended warranty) the next day and he determined that belts in the dryer had come off their rotating drivers. He replaced those and everything worked great.

Description of Work: My only complaint is that when the technician removed the dryer, he did not attempt to clean up the lint that had collected on the floor under it or give me the chance to clean it up before he replaced the machine, nor did he completely clean up his mess on the outside vent. I did not consider his work professional.

Description of Work: Provider cleaned out the dryer vent. In order to get to the outside vent he had to trim a bush that was in front of the door that he had to open to crawl under the deck. I was very impressed that he did this because it was very muddy out.

Description of Work: The price I paid was an Angie's List "DEAL" price. The actual cleaning went well. However, I wanted to confirm the time the service person would arrive and about how long it would take since I had some other obligations that day. I had made the arrangements back on February 17th. When I called the number provided to me, the woman who answered could not tell me anything because she did not have a computer available. She said that she would send my request to "headquarters" and someone would call be back in the next 24 hours. A gentleman did call me back about 2 hours later. He was evasive about the arrival time and the length of time it would take. He kept repeating himself as if I didn't understand English. I asked if he could have the service person call me himself. He did, and he was able to answer both my questions perfectly. I would hope that in the future, the answers to my questions would be answered in a timely manner.
