Dryer Vent Wizard of Anne Arundel County showed up on time and did the job. I had an okay job. He didn't take his shoes off when he came into my house. He didn't clean up all the lint. It was blown out to the back yard and he didn't clean it up. I had a book of paintings in the room and he was leaning against them. I heard a crack and thought he had broken them, but he didn't.

The owner actually is the one who performed the service call. He was on time, friendly, and very helpful. He took his time and explained the service before getting to work. He was great to work with and we plan on using him in the future

Ted was on time, he performed the job properly and fast and cleaned after him. He explained what he was doing and was very nice and polite. I would definitely recommend his service

Our dryer was so clogged, it wouldn't even vent out of the house. Ted showed up right on time and was able to clean our 20ft dryer vent. He was clean, kind, fast, punctual and affordable! I will call him every time we need this service done.

Found this company on Angie's List as the Big Deal in my area. I purchased the deal to clean my dryer vent. Right after I purchased the deal, I was contacted by the company to schedule an appointment. It only took a few days to have him come out and do the work. He was prompt and completed the job well! He cleaned out the vents and also cleaned up the debris. I would consider using this company again for further ductwork cleaning.

It was raining when he came out to complete the work. He did not wear any booties and was tracking in dirt and mud into the home. I did my research so understood what they were to do to clean out the vent. They used a rod and circular brush to remove the lint. Once he removed the lint he had nothing to put it in. He asked me for a trash bag. When cleaning the lint out it went all over the back yard. He then used my broom without asking to clean up the mess. This was not a outdoor broom. When he left he left he just left the trashbag and the broom in the garage.

Ted called promptly when I purchased the service and he arrived exactly on time on the day of the job. That's unusual in the service industry. I can't remember the last time I had the dryer vent cleaned. He was very meticulous with everything. My vent piping was rather clogged with lint ...... somewhat embarrassing. I'll try to not let it go as long the next time. In summary, if you're looking to have your dryer vent cleaned, I highly recommend the Dryer Vent Wizard of Anne Arundel County. Give Ted a call !!!!

Went great, profession, on time and cost effective.

The whole experience was outstanding. The person that came was outstanding also, his name was Ted Kraycik.

Ted was timely coming only hours after we called. He had been recommended by our trusted appliance repairman. TEd worked efficiently to clean the vent, double check his job, and hook every thing up.

They did an outstanding job. Came prepared had the correct tools and went to work. They cleaned 40 feet of dryer vent and pulled out 2 bags of line. It works now. Paid a little extra but the service was worth it.

Very professional and right on time. He knew what he was doing. The only complaint I would have is he did not clean up the mess in the yard after he cleaned the vent.
