Scheduling an appointment was very easy with the call service. Ted was able to come out the very next day. In fact, we had to change the timing of our appointment at the last minute and he was able to accommodate us. Upon arrival he was polite and listened to our concerns. He walked around the side of our condo to first assess visually the vent. Serendipitously we saw a bird fly out of the vent. This gave us good cause to suspect the smell was the result of an animal or animal trappings in the vent. Ted climbed up on our roof and patiently snaked the vent quite a few times. An enormous amount of lint, some bird's nest materials, and bird droppings came out, but not the dead animal I expected. But, Ted explained the droppings alone and the clog could have resulted in the odor. He swept the roof and was very tidy in his clean up. He also took the time to explain some of the specific challenges of our vent system (e.g. long track, not straight, etc). That evening the smell seemed to have lessened and we thought we had resolved the issue. Early the next morning I woke to the smell, it was worse than before. I called Ted back first thing in the morning and he offered to meet me at the house in 10 minutes time. He must have spent two hours at my house. He snaked it form the inside and the outside, he used his full arsenal of tools including shop vac, multiple attachments, etc. After each attempt he'd check for a visual of any blockage. Time and time again, he retrieved more and more debris, but no animal. But, the smell was like a punch in the face and he stayed determined. In the end his persistence paid off. Through his resourcefulness he used an attachment that better fit the irregular size of our duct, and lo and behold, he retrieved from the bowels of our vent a large dead black bird. To say I was excited and relieved is an understatement. I am so grateful to Ted for his prompt service, professionalism, resourcefulness, and persistence. And all this with a smile and affordable price tag. I am recommending to our HOA board that dryer vent maintenance be made mandatory for fire safety reasons and you better bet I am recommending Ted. Thank you!

cleaned dryer vent and replaced first 5-6 feet of line. I think had I known this was the location of the clog, I would have gotten the materials at Home Depot for $10 rather than the $50 he charged me above the $150 angle's list price for the cleaning.

The service was done promptly even in the bad weather that morning. He asked me what needed to be done and what the issue was. He cleaned the dryer vent very well. The dryer is working more effectively now. Highly recommend this company.

Went very well. I called on Saturday and was able to schedule an appt for Monday! I was pleasantly surprised that Ted was able to fit us in that quickly. He came out at the scheduled time and performed the services required including replacing the outside vent. His work was quick, neat and he cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with what he did and think it was well worth the price he charged. It would have taken us a lot of effort and time to figure out how to replace the vent ourselves - I'd much rather have a professional do it and do it right the first time!

He did an excellent job. First he looked at the dryer and the vent and determined that very little air was getting through. He explained everything to me as he did it. The vent was quite clogged and he made sure it was cleaned well so no dryer fire would occur. Professional and courteous.

I bought one of Angie's deal. I was able to get the service scheduled immediately. The gentleman who came to the house was on time and professional. He performed the job as expected. I was satisfied and would probably use this company again.

What a professional job. He cleaned everything out and now my dryer works again. I started having some problems again with the dryer, about 2-weeks after the cleaning. I called Dryer Vent Wizard back and explained the problem. He came back out again, at no charge, cleaned it out again and never once complained about having to make a 2nd trip. I highly recommend them for service and will definitely use them again, in the future!

Even though the access to the dryer vent isn't optimal nor is the configuration of the venting system itself, Ted does a great job of cleaning out the dryer vent and the dryer always runs much more efficiently after he has been here.

The technician was very professional and experienced at his trade. My dryer vent extends approximately 11 feet through the house walls and exits thru a vent at the back of the house, so there was no way I could clean it, He had all the accessories to reach all the way thru the enclosed vent.My dryer vent has not been cleaned since 1997 when we moved into the townhouse. As he cleaned it, so much lint came out the rear vent, my wife thought it was snowing outside.I could not believe the amount of lint he removed. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has not had their vent cleaned in awhile. I would give him an A+ rating.

Everything went well. He was honest about the fact that my system was very efficient and wouldn't need to be cleaned often, if ever again.

Ted was great - was right on time and had to troubleshoot the dryer vent system but figured out and cleaned the system...He was great...needed to clean up afterwards but I didn't mind as I only paid 79 dollars...that is a great deal. I will for sure be calling him anytime I need my dryer vent cleaned!

It was terrific. My duct work kind of went apart and it was spewing stuff all over my basement so he not only cleaned out my vents but he also repaired all of that. I like the fact that he found out that there was a problem and I haven’t even noticed and he repaired it for me without charging me extra. He is really good. The price was really good.

Ted arrived on time & proceeded to clean dryer venting at location on 1st floor; venting had several bends & turns going up through second floor of townhome w/vent located on roof; he went up to roof to inspect from that angle. Complete job took almost an hour. I thought he was knowledgeable & professional. This was a good value & gave me peace of mind. I would use this company again & will recommend to friends.

Provider was right on time. The dryer outlet is on the second level and he was prepared to deal with that. He finished the job quickly and assured me that the air flow exceeded expectations. He was personable and pleasant.
