The company was very accommodating regarding scheduling time for the estimate and work. They actually worked the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, which I realize was a sacrifice. The work was excellent!!!!! I will definitely use them again.

The carpenter that was sent out was great! He contacted me the night before to set up a time and was on time the next morning. He was very flexible to fit my schedule and completed the job on time.

Drew needed to be watched carefully to catch them making many short cuts. Required owner to come out on onw occasion to give them directions. Made many mistakes requiring re-do. Poor communication from office.

Total failure to communicate by Dove Remodeling. Very long story and I would never use or recommend this company. Tried to change the repair parameters but not the cost. Frustration is a very mild description of how I feel that I have been treated by this company. I marked one star because it will not let me not mark any.
