They did A job professional job.

Excellent professional service. They came out to fix a hatchet job that was done on my garage siding by Beltway Builders. A family owned honest business. Won't hesitate one bit to call them again!!

He came early (which could have been a +) but I asked for 12pm because I work from home and lunch is 12pm. He was already at my outside door so I took the opportunity to show him the left door frame I needed to replace before my Video door bell was installed. I was masked and was ready to enter my home. (I then asked him to place on his MASK and his statement was; "We do not do that"......I was appalled and stated then I will CANCEL and reschedule with someone else. He stated, I will put it on (THIS TIME). We entered, I then mentioned to have my slide in windows measured & installed. He was RED at this time w/anger. He stated he was a Senior at this type of work. As he measured I inquired should they be mounted above or on the side and I would run this by my Sons. He stated that would not be necessary, I stated that I run EVERYTHING by my Sons. His attitude was revealing in his tone. I believe my estimates were vengeance estimates $500 hundred to install blinds that I purchased and $950 for ONE left door frame. Very disappointed I took the time to call the office. The Ladies that have answered were very professional. It was that specific representative (Mr. Casey) that I am writing this review for.

VERY KNOWLEGABLE LE, POLIET AND PROFESSIONAL

The crew did an excellent job once they knew what the job involved. They did not have a copy of the contract detailing the work to be done. Company management did not communicate well with the crew. They called me to get the dimensions of the window to be removed and did not know they needed to prime the wall. Otherwise, the work crew was technically very competent and pleasant to work with. I was glad I had a copy of the contract to show them what they had to do. The actual wall work is very good.

Little expensive for what was done but they did come down from original quote - the work was excellent and extremely pleased with results
