This was the worst experience I've had with a company. I contacted Dove to have an assessment completed. They came out and ultimately caused the entire ceiling to fall. I've called Dove several times and have not received a follow up call nor have I received a written copy of the assessment that was performed and paid for. I usually have a positive experience with companies using Home Advisor and this is by far the worst experience I've encountered

The workers were on time, but loud and unprofessional with the conversation they had with each other. The work was, at best, satisfactory.

Arrived on time. Called first, did a good job. Very happy.

The guy who came to give the quote seemed rushed. Barely looked at my project or even spoke about it. He just wrote something up and left. He was there about 10 mins. No follow up on my project after leaving to see if I was interested or how the quote went. Seemed like my project wasn't big enough or expensive enough.

Dove Remodeling responded to my Home Advisor inquiry for an estimate on installing a new front door and repairing drywall in our finished basement. The representative who contacted me was friendly and helpful. While the contractor arrived on time for the estimate, he was in and out of our home in literally 2 minutes. He did not provide any samples or discuss our options or any details about the project. I asked for an estimate and he said someone else would send it later. That was over 2 weeks ago and I've still not received anything. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but the customer service was definitely sub-par.

Contractor examined the work and said he would call back with a quote, but never heard from him again

Pricey, but prompt and professional.

Appreciated the professionalism, customer service, timeliness of scheduled appointment, and quality of work and cleanup. All in all a good experience for me.

I thought the company was great. They were very professional and not pushy about the choices they gave me. I spoke with them on Tuesday, had an estimate the next day and the repair was made on Friday. I would certainly recommend them.
