Devine Solutions is a small business that is owned and operated by a University of Baltimore alumnus. Our company employs three dedicated individuals. Our two service technicians set the standard for knowledge and professionalism, while our sole administrative employee ensures we deliver on our promise of providing the best customer service. Devine Solutions boasts a master price list that is made readily available to customers, providing the utmost transparency into our ethical pricing standards.

Services we offer

Maryland's most reliable, thorough, effective, & ethical carpet, tile & grout, upholstery, & rug cleaning service for businesses, residences, yachts, &/or boats. We also provide a 24 hour emergency water removal service. Our hot water extraction system cycles a pure soft-water & specially formulated cleaning solution through your carpets, flushing out trapped dirt, soil, & contaminates. That brew of filth is then extracted from your carpets with a state of the art truck-mounted vacuum system.

Services we don't offer

We do not do air duct cleaning or smoke and water damage repairs, as we believe it takes away from the core focus of our business, providing the most thorough & effective floor cleaning service possible. Please do NOT misconstrue water repairs with water removal. We WILL remove any standing water from your home to prevent it from causing any structural damage or from becoming a breeding ground for unwanted microscopic organisms that lead to health and/or pungent odor problems.

The person that owns the company is Mike Devine, and he did a really outstanding job, and was very thorough and had the best price of all the other companies. I usually use Stanley Steemer, and the carpets were very stiff and too dry and hard when they finished. When Mike finished the carpets, they were just like new! I am going to get my carpet cleaned more often because Mike has made it more affordable.
Description of Work: He was here cleaning all of the carpets in the basement and removed all the stains that were there. He also did the library and the sun room.
