Mr. Hayes and his son did a fantastic job replacing our composite deck which was worn, fading and in bad shape. Mr. Hayes provided a great assessment/estimate. Mr. Hayes provided a time slot and completed the job in short order. Mr. Hayes provided a great solution to an issue we had found with the deck stairs and the results were beautiful. Mr. Hayes returned quickly to put in three screws we noticed were missing providing great customer service. We are enjoying an awesome new deck and the neighbors have commented on the work and beautiful new look. Great Work and Well Done!

Mr. Hayes and his son removed and replaced our old 8'x14' deck. He was able to do all of the necessary demolition, framing, roofing, and concrete work necessary. He also took care of all of the necessary permits required by Baltimore County. When you call Mr. Hayes, you deal with him directly. There is no salesman and he works on the job site every day. He is professional, punctual, and dependable. I can't recommend him enough.

I originally asked for a deck and porch from 3 different businesses. I got 3 estimates. I chose Mr. Hayes because he was considerably cheaper. I asked him about it and he said he does the work himself. Not hiring it out. When he was done , I said I thought I would have a roof. On the front of my house. He immediately said no, go look at your contract. I really feel like he tricked me. He knew exactly what I wanted. I looked at my contract and he was right, but that wasnâ t what I asked for. VERY DISAPPOINTED My first experience with home advisor also was not very good. Not sure exactly what my next step will be. I did ask how much it would cost to put a roof on it and he talked to his workers but never really responded.

Charlie and his crew replaced the floor boards and top railing of my 10x12 deck. They used quality materials, were excellent craftsmen, highly efficient and an overall pleasure to work with. Competitive price and great customer service. Highly recommend.

CW Hayes fixed a leak in our roof that no one could find, repaired the sheet rock, repaired concrete, resurfaced our brick facing, saved us over $8,000 by eliminating things we didn’t need to build a 14x12 rooftop deck! He can repair or build anything at the best price and his workmanship is highly professional! He is our go to guy!

Charlie and his group do great work. We ended up hiring to put on a new porch and while he was there his crew helped strip out a wall and ceiling in our basement for an emergency repair of our HVAC. They also did a small side patch job for us and we will also be hiring him to add a deck to the rear of our home in the future, if we can afford it after the HVAC repairs. I would highly recommend this contractor!

Charlie did the project the way that I expected it to look. He did an excellent job on rehabbing the fire damaged house. I was able to settle the estate with no issue involving the sale of the house. He does everything to code and is a pleasure to work with.

Not only did C.W. Hayes demo and replace our old desk, he took care of getting the proper permits and made the new deck up to code. We also hired him for interior painting. They did a amazing job.
