Horrible attitude with this guy. He parked in Nieghbor’s yard tore the grass up. Left ruts in dirt. Blocked access for kids to get to bus stop. When I called owner I was told not his problem. To go f myself and hung up on.

Rick and his team were fantastic. Rick gave his knowledgeable suggestions of what limbs to cut that made most sense for the yard while also keeping the tree in healthy shape. Our house no longer has branches touching it and the yard is significantly brighter. Great work at a great price. I plan on using Couch Cut again in the future for some more trimming and full tree removal.

The work took a couple hours to complete and they did a good job.

This is the second time that I have used Couch Cuts for tree removal. This one was for 2 nuisance trees located next to a chain link fence. One tree had the fence imbedded in it. They removed both trees and were able to grind both stumps without removing the fence other than the part in the tree. Price was very reasonable and the service was very professional. I would absolutely use these guys again.

We needed a large hazardous storm damaged tree removed as soon as possible. I messaged Couch Cut Tree Experts on Angie’s List and requested a quote on a Saturday night explaining our urgency as the tree was now looming over our house. Rick called and came out immediately the next day on a Sunday morning to assess it. Rick was honest, fair, and knew exactly what this tree needed to be taken out safely and quickly. Rick’s crew did a fantastic job taking down our tree! They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and cleaned up beautifully. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommended Couch Cut Tree Experts and I will use them again in the future.

I would recommend Couch Cut for everybody’s tree services. Rick the owner was great. We had a few branches break and he pushed us up on his list and got us in a few days earlier. His team was very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. He also gave us the best quote out of all the other companies we called.

Terrific! Competent, friendly, grinded the trees and stump, made good recommendations, cleaned up their mess so that no tree remains were left. Had them before. Always great! Cut down 1 huge & 2 medium trees.

Fantastic. Ricks crew was professional and got right to work. I had estimates from four other companies and no one came close to COUCH CUT. I have already had them back twice to perform more tree work, and likely I will have them back in the spring to again take out some less desirable trees. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting tree work done, I have recommended them to all friends and family and they have had great experiences too.

It's done professionally. They clean up is fine. There weren't any problems and i'd give "A"s for everything.

This was a very difficult job along a steep bank. Several other contractors had looked at the work and told me they could not do it or that it would be very expensive and take several days. Rick Couch surveyed the job and obtained a permit from the county inspector. The permit was required because the bank was in a restricted area along the waterfront. The Couch Cut crew arrived as scheduled and devised a cleaver arrangement for cutting and removing the debris. They did exactly what we wanted and completed the work in a single day. Couch Cut had previously completed several tree trimming and tree removal jobs for us and in each case did what we wanted, on time, and on budget.

My husband and I needed to have three trees removed from around our house. All three trees were about 70ft tall. I couldn't find anyone on Angies list that was close to our home, so my husband checked around our area. He found and called Couch Cut, and got an immediate response. The receptionist was very nice and told us the owner would be out to our house for an estimate that same day. He came exactly when he said, looked at the trees and gave us a great price. Much lower than other companies we asked. They came on time as scheduled, and went right to work. They were amazing to watch. They were very careful in how they took the trees down. They grinded the stumps and what wood we didn't want to keep for ourselves, they grinded up an hauled away. They are a family owned business, and We will definitely use them again if we take anymore trees down. I recommend them highly

They are wonderful with senior citizens. They do planting and lawn work for me. They vacuum the leaves up. They have also taken trees down for me before. The price above is for mowing the lawn and clean up at my home.

All of my boxwood shrubs have died. I called Mr. Couch to come and look at them. Over the phone, he said he would. Over the phone, he even offered to take one of the shrubs back to the nursery to see if something was wrong with them. That was three weeks ago. I have yet to hear back from him. I have called and left messages, but he has not returned my calls.

Rick walked through the project and gave me an estimate. When his crew arrived a few days earlier, they swarmed the property like an efficient army. I have a large variety of perennials and, this spring, a LOT of weeds coming up. They weeded so well, and didn't take out one thing that wasn't a weed. I was really impressed with Rick's and his crew's knowledge of plants. The crew was very courteous, and they did things I wouldn't have thought to ask. The properly looks better than it ever has and all my neighbors have admired it. It's such a pleasure to go into my yard, and now I can just putter and have fun, now that all the backbreaking work is done! The final cost was more than the estimate, but that was because I was planning to do some weeding ahead of time but didn't get to it, and I added some work on the day they arrived.

The crew was scheduled within 1 week of the request and they completed the whole job in 1 day. The workers were knowledgeable about how to perform the tree removal and were very respectful of our neighbor's property. They took precautions, and kept everyone and everything safe.

Owner Rick Couch returned my phone call promptly. He was also punctual for our appointment to discuss lawn care. His crew shows up weekly, at their appointed time and do a great job. If I ask them to do an extra job, such as weeding an area, they are always willing. Of course I pay extra for the extra work. Money well spent for a professional job.

They are excellent. Very professional people, they clean up things very well. I would highly recommend them.

BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND ARE WILLING TO DO WHAT EVERY IS NEEDED WITH THE YARD. THEY MAINTAIN THE FLOWER BEDS AND THE LAWN WHEN NEEDED. IF I NEED SOMETHING EXTRA ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CALL AND IT IS TAKEN CARE OF.
