Description of Work: Core Electric LLC has performed extensive services for the owners in the past. The present job involved complete renovation of a Dressing Room and Master Bedroom by a renovation contractor (St. Clair Construction, Inc.) The owners reserved the right to select and retain the electrical contractor. Core Electric provided the successful bid in accordance with Architect-Designer specifications. The job entailed providing entirely new recessed overhead lighting for both rooms as well as major adjustments in wall outlet schemes. Core Electric worked fluidly with the St.Clair and St. Clair subcontractors, keeping everyone fully informed. They started work, met schedules and completed work on time. There were no material variances or deviations. All work was completed professionally. Clean up was complete.
