Description of Work: They replaced the fan I think but there was a delay after the part was ordered and no communication. When we called, we couldn't get them to return the cll. They did fine work but it was a pain .... I don't need to work that hard to spend my hard earned money !

+ -1 moreI can not believe I am the first to write a review for Mr. Keith. He has come to my house on several occasions over the past 8 years. One time I called at 730 in the morning with an emergency heat problem and he was there the same day. I have two old units that are on there last leg. Between the furnace and the air conditioner, I've had a few repairs over the years. He always answers the phone or he calls right back. He is prompt, courteous and finds out the problem soon enough. His prices are excellent and honors his advertised discounts, even one time when I was a bit after the expiration date. The last time he came, we discussed getting new units and the cost involved. As usual, i had a ton of questions and he gave me different options and ideas for replacing the units. When I'm ready, I won't have to get a bunch of quotes because I know I can't get any better than Mr. Keith. He has always gotten the job done and is easy to work with. His knowledge and experience make me feel comfortable and he has never disappointed me. I have not had to call him back for the same repair or part since he's been servicing my units.
