He was hired because he promised his appraisal would be completed in two days.This was critical to my purchase.He stated he worked with a team including a real estate attorney. After several days, I called for the report.i received it later that day.When asked for the name of the attorney he said he was sure I could find one where I lived. I do not recommend this man fir his lack of truthfulness.
