The ONLY reason this is not 5 Star rating is because Chris was not able to do the Appraisal. ( Ex Wife LONG story). Eventually the appraisal will get do end and I have NO doubt Chris will do an Excellent job. The few talks we did have over the phone, left me with the impression, confidence, I picked the right guy!! Hang in there Birther, we will get this done!
