Description of Work: They did a good job, but it took some "reminders" and part of the outside of the stove was, strangely, left dirty. Extra work was found needing by the work lead, and accomplished promptly.

Description of Work: Chimney Tek was very professional and very neat. The only issue was that my home was too tall - 3 stories with a peak roof and the ladders they used could not reach the top. They immediately offered to refund the money since inspection was part of the deal. I asked them to sweep the chimney and they did a great job. Very accommodating on schedule and provided a thorough report.
