Description of Work: They did an excellent job. One problem was the patch of grey soot left on the living room carpet in front of the fireplace. However, when we contacted them, they covered the cost of a carpet cleaner to make it right. Good guys.

Description of Work: I paid $149 to Angies List for $300 worth in brick and touch up in and Angies list deal. I booked an appointment to clean three chimneys and get the Angie List deal brick and mortar work. They cleaned one Chimney and decided not to clean the other two because "they didn't have metal liners," and because they didn't know how they would clean the one chimney "without getting my house dirty." They did not start or complete brick work, but they did pitch a day or two later, thousands of dollars worth of liner installation work based on what might happen to my bricks. Some of the things they said were in stark contrast with my May 2014 home inspection before I purchased my home. Confidence low. Also there was no follow up phone call as they said they would.

Description of Work: The gentleman showed up once. Was professional but did not have a high enough ladder/proper equipment to handle our chimney. We rescheduled (3 times). He called once to cancel. Then, just never showed up the other times. It was apparent that he did not want to travel to where we were located. We ended up going with another group that was terrific, punctual and professional.
