Very professional; arrived on time as indicated; Professional and courteous. Knowledgeable about an issue I had with chimney.

It was good. They were on time and nice.

It went very well, they were done in about an hour or so and did a nice job cleaning the chimney for us.

The provider came on time, was accurate in his estimate for the service (time and cost) and cleaned up after the service and resurfacing was complete. He gave us a good deal. He kept us informed all along the way and worked around our schedules which was greatly appreciated. He and his assistant were very thorough and professional. He was honest about the needed maintenance; what he said would happen, did. We have since called him back for the additional recommended maintenance and we look forward to doing further business with him.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. There were no additional fees, and they were really quick too. The one thing was that the young man who was here was very polite and seemed to know what he was talking about. I think it is hard to get an idea of just how extensive; good, bad or indifferent their service would be. They did a maintenance type procedure and it would be hard to evaluate that.

They did a great job and was very reasonable and professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

We were not that happy with the service. He didn't sweep very much and stated he wasn't able to put a camera in our chimney.

We were very happy with Chimney Tek. We purchased a coupon for a chimney inspection and cleaning. We purchased a house last spring, so this was the first time we had anyone out to assess the shape of our chimney. They were very quick to respond after we contacted them initially. They provided us with lots of information about our chimney, complete with pictures. They were also very patient in explaining their assessment to us, especially because we knew absolutely nothing. They also cleaned out our chimney so that we would be ready for the winter.

It was good. They came pretty quickly after I purchased the big deal. They responded pretty quickly. They responded to us promptly, although I don’t recall exactly. There were no additional charges apart from the $149 big deal. They did the job in one day but I think they needed to come back the following day for some minor things. But there were no extra charges when they came back.

Scheduling was great. He did a great job. He was very polite, the cleanup was great, and he took care of everything.

Response to Provider Response - The reason I could not wait on the second attempt to perform services was that I was told the provider would arrive to perform the services between 8-10 am. At 10:30, when I still did not hear from the Provider, I called and was told that someone was on the way. Since I could not wait any longer because of work, I stopped the Provider from coming over and said that I would call to reschedule. When I did call to reschedule, the Provider rudely said "I am not doing this" and thus refused to deliver the services that I had prepaid for. I was told that in order for me to get a refund, I needed to go through Angie's List.

I purchased Big Deal online for chimney liner. Vince came out right away to review my chimney. He recommended waterproofing too. He was courteous and professional. No problems. Took a while to schedule appointment hence the 'B' grade. Everything else went great! I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I called Chimney Tek to come help us solve the problem of some melted siding on the side of our chimney. He inspected the chimney and couldn't find any issues. He didn't charge us for the service since he couldn't find anything wrong that was within his expertise. He was prompt, professional and helped us form our next course of action.

The company did the services contracted in an efficient and timely manner.

It was a special price for inspection and it was comprehensive. Quote was expertly explained . Not sure if price was a 'high' quote' since it was the only one I received. When we can afford the repair we will get at least another quote. Dependant on that information we would otherwise have no problem calling back this company to complete the work.

The service went okay. They sent out a young technician and I was not sure how experienced he was. He also showed up in an unmarked truck. He did the inspection in about 45 minutes. He came back with a high estimate for some repairs. They did provide photos for me to see the issues myself. They also contacted me about a month later to follow up on the estimate. I had no problem scheduling the deal and may consider using them for the repairs in the future.

Initially hooking up p and getting the appointment set was a bit of confusion, but they were Extremely nice to deal with and did a great job.

inspectors arrived on time, and called to verify they were en route. the inspection and cleaning was quick. they had supplies to protect the floor and furniture from any ash debris. easy and quick to schedule appointment.

Ii went great. The technician were friendly, professional and thorough. Unfortunately, our fireplace has issues, a cracked flue and needs significant repairs before it can be used. The technicians were great in explaining the issue, possible causes and alternatives for the solution. My wife and I are deciding what we want to do for the future.
