 + -1 moreOverall I would say the worst experience regarding a appliance repair in my life. What does it take to return a phone call? Wasted a full day waiting for them to show up.
Description of Work: Called made an appt for washer repair. I spoke to the technician and he provided a window of service time (11am-3pm) said he would call before coming to my residence. He did not show up nor return repeated phone calls and voicemails to the companies answering service.
