Very good service. Detected the problem and fixed it promptly

I woke up this morning and while in the shower water just stopped,Checked breaker and bladder no water there.Called two places left message a one the other wasn't open yet.Called BROWNS WELL AND PUMP.Andy said he would be there between 10 and 12. He call around 10.30 was here before 11am.He tested the pump and showed me that it was bad.I asked how long to get a pump he stated the he has one on the truck,because that is his business.I was impressed .I should him the broken pressure gage he said he would take care of that. Well by 1:30 pm my water was flowing again.I am very pleased with the Fast service and pricing.Very professional I THank you Mr Brown and Angie list for the great service the provide. P.S. the other company whom I left a message with finally returned my call at 1:45pm,I guess someone leaving a message about not have any water is not a emergency to them.I chose the right company,I told them it had already been fixed.

Our water went out on Thursday afternoon, June 30, 2011. We called a plumber who discovered that the well pump wasn't working. He attempted to remove the old well pump but it was stuck, so he recommended calling a well pump specialist. I found Brown's Well Pump and trenching service on Angie's list and called him and explained the problem. He came out that same evening to take a look at the well. He determined that the pump was probably rusted in the well and said that he could return on Friday, July 1, to attempt to remove it. He explained everything step by step and told us that there was a possibility that we would need a new well in spite of his best efforts. We told him to go ahead and do what he could and he worked the entire holiday weekend, trying to get water to our house. When he could finally do no more, he said we needed a new well, but that he would try to get our well working temporarily. He put a used pump in the well, and hooked up two extra expansion tanks so that we would have enough water for the bathroom and showers. He also called us back after a couple of days to see how we were getting along with his fix. Andy was extremely pleasant, hard working, and very patient when answering all of our questions. I don't think many people would have given up their 4th of July weekend to do what he did for us.

I had a leak in the feeder line that runs from the well head to the house and it was flooding my yard. I had spent the weekend trying to patch it with plumbers putty with no success. On Monday I called a professional. Mr. Brown returned my call immediately and gave me an estimated time he could be there. He arrived right on time. He fixed the leak in under an hour and provided a complete explanation of the problem and what he did to fix it. He was friendly and entirely professional. I will definitely call him anytime I need service or repairs to my well.

We wanted better water pressure. Since we were changing old pump we received estimates from companies who wanted to install expensive tech equipment. Andy suggested a basic system with a few tweaks and we are extremely happy. The price was fair, work done quickly and correctly. It's sometimes hard to find competent people in the service industry. Browns Well and Pump is a keeper.

Andy Brown is the sole proprietor of this company and does all of the work himself. He says he can be sure that everything is done correctly and the customers are always satisfied if he does the work himself. And, he's right! Andy is a very experienced and knowledgeable well pump expert. In addition, if he says he will be there that day, he is. He calls to let you know when he is on his way. He is courteous and polite and will spend as much time as required to ensure you understand your options with regard to your replacement unit or repair job. We checked prices on the internet and found Andy Brown's prices to be fair and reasonable. His bill itemizes all of his work so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Overall, we were extremely pleased with his work, his price, and with him.
