Booth Brothers made the experience of having repairs done to my home stress free. Josh explained the whole process in detail from start to finish. He took time to answer all of my questions and kept me updated on his progress. His crew arrived on time, were respectful and professional. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Beyond spectacular work!!!! My wife and I have been dreading the scary and frankly overwhelming process of replacing our old roof. I mean who knows what kind of mess could be under there! We called a handful of companies, like those big ones who are always one the radio, and all we got were call backs saying they would get to us between 2-5 weeks! That was far too long of a time. One afternoon we talked with Josh and he was at our house the very next day! The estimate was extremely reasonable and the guys were replacing our roof that week! The whole process was tidy and clean. The men were respectful and showed up on time. The entire construction was worry free and most importantly a weight off our shoulders. Highly recommend Booth Brother's and will for sure use them for any other project to keep my house safe and warm for our kids!

It went very well, not only was the work affordable, but they responded quickly. They were already finished the repair not even 24 hours after I first called.

Booth Brothers appeared on time for our estimate and completed work the following day. They corrected some errors and shoddy work by previous roofers that likely led to the old leaks. Booth Bros. have specialty teams that handle flat roofs (Baltimore row houses), so knew just what to look for. Everything was finished neatly and cleaned up without a trace.

They were there when they said they would be, and worked from sun up to sun down. Not one piece of debris was left. It snowed a few days later and I was so happy that my home was warm and no leaks.

After a few attempts to get pricing from other contractors through Angie's list with no response I reached out to Booth Brothers. Josh called the same day, arranged to come by and give me an estimate within a couple of days and completed the work within a week. The cost was fair and the work very professional. I had the upper roof roof replaced during a winter storm over a year ago and the roofer that was recommended by my insurance company was horrible so I did not want them working on any more of the roof that was not damaged in the storm. Booth Brothers replaced my lower roof, sealed the roof above my front porch and repaired a drain issue that nobody wanted to address. They also went above and beyond and tightened up the upper roof where the previous contractor had left some unsatisfactory work. Do yourself a favor and make these guys your first call. They were prompt, professional and at a fair price.

Very professional, showed when they said they would. Kept me in the loop on progress and any issues found. Went back and checked on their work after another round of storms. Performed so well hired them to do another roofing job and some interior drywall work!

Booth Brothers responded quickly when we had a leak in our roof despite never having worked with us before. They quickly patched our old roof up and then credited the cost of that work when we decided to get a new roof entirely. They were professional and courteous. The crew did great work and went above and beyond - painting our lower roof even though it wasn't in the contract. Highly recommended!

Quick and professional: they arrived, gave a reasonable quote and provided visual documentation for the areas they saw as problems. They completed the service within a day, on my rowhome, after scheduling it just a few days after their initial visit. Major leaking on the Saturday of a holiday weekend when we were out of town. Chris responded with in a few hours and was able to get out ***** and give us a quote even though we weren’t there. He was able to get the work done before the next rain fell. The work was completed fast and effectively. It had rained a few times since and it all has been repaired. Would use them again and highly recommend.

We had some initial confusion at first in terms of getting Booth Brothers to come out and give us an estimate, but they got that cleared up and expedited our roof replacement and gutter guard installation to make it up to us. Overall we were very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of Chris, Josh, and their team. We would hire again.

Josh Booth, the owner, was responsive and explained the different options before, during, and after the roof was installed. Josh visited the site during the job, and, assigned a very respectful and professional foreman, Doug, who answered my questions and monitored during the day of installation. The Booth Brothers roofing crew lead by Cesar was polite, clean, and accommodated my requests to insure the flashings and ridge vent were installed correctly! Chris Booth is the best. He came out and assessed my roof, took pictures of the damaged and explained in detail what needed to be done. He sent an email of what he and his team would repair along with the cost. The work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was great. I highly recommend the Booth brothers as they are professional and do good work! They have me for life.

The Booth Bothers Construction Company recently replaced the gutters, installed a GAF rubber roof, and demo'ed a rotted fence in the backyard of my house in Baltimore City. From the beginning to the end, it was great working with this company and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in doing a construction/roofing project. I took a number of bids for the project, and the Booth Brothers were by far the most efficient at bidding the work, and they offered an absolutely reasonable and affordable total price for all the work that needed to be done. Chris, one of the brothers, came out the day after I initially made contact with the company and put together a bid for the overall scope of work- he gave me an estimate the same day, and an itemized contract that listed the scope of all the work was in my email box the next morning. Hands down, more timely and efficient in providing an estimate for my review than any other company that I sought a bid from- many thanks Chris!! Josh, the other brother, took over after I decided to go with the B.B. He scheduled the work to be done, and was the point of contact with any questions/concerns that I had from that point on. All I can say is that he was excellent about responding to any question that I had- by email and by phone. And I appreciate very much the work of the crew, who were professional in all interactions that I had with them. Gary was the foreman and he and his crew worked VERY hard and did a great job with all of the work. Bernard finished the gutters on the back of the house, and again did a great job (going above and beyond by touching up the rusted paint on my porch railing). And lastly Chris and Josh ensured that everything was completed to the terms of the contract- ensuring that the drain on my front porch was enlarged to prevent water from pooling on the roof. I would like to thank all of you for delivering an excellent end-product!! I couldn't be happier with the work AND with the overall experience of working with the Booth Brothers. From start to finish, they were open in their communication, honest, efficient, professional- it was truly a pleasure!! Oh, I forgot to mention that my father was a contractor for his entire career (retired now) and I asked him to take a look at the work- he was very complimentary and agreed that if I need work done in the future, I should definitely give the Booth Brothers a call!!

This was a positive experience. Chris reviewed my roof on the same day as my call. He showed me photos of everything that needed repair, and quoted me a fair and reasonable price. He was extremely polite and courteous and assured me that the work would be done quickly and efficiently. The work was completed within a week and just ahead of torrential rains. I highly recommend this company for honest, efficient work. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate. They pointed out a few things that needed addressed. They didn’t recommend a new roof, however I did ask. The owner stated yes you need a new roof, but I can repair. I appreciated that he didn’t just say you need a new roof. He offered a solution. He was very sympathetic that I had just purchased my row home and that I had already had to shell out about $12.000,00 within the first month of closing. Again as a single woman I appreciated his understanding. He quoted me for the roof as well, which I plan on addressing before winter hits. I will definitely have him come back out to do the roof as well.

Came to inspect to give a quote on a new roof. In checking the roof found an area that needed immediate repair and did it. Made several suggestions and thought the best thing to do was not to install a new roof for at least one more year. As I watched the work, it was very well done. I will get several more opinions but I think this is an honest company and from the small amount done is very professional. I will probably have them install a roof in the future

Josh and his brother Chris came out the next day to do a roof estimate and given our semi emergency situation with the roof, they came out the next day to replace it! They did everything needed to make sure insurance had what they needed for claims. They had very open communication and just overall one of the best experiences I have had with contractors! I recommend them 100% and the price was very reasonable!!

Do yourself a huge favor and hire these guys. Great work, great price, and just incredible to work with from start to finish. I’m renovating a three story townhouse in Upper Fells point and I had several roof contractors come out to the property to give me an estimate on the repair work, and got a wide range of prices – with some jacking up the price thinking I wouldn’t know any better (more than 3 times what other contractors had quoted me). Chris was very nice to work with, he gave me a great explanation of what he thought was needed for the repair, walked me through what he saw, and quoted me a competitive price. A couple days later I called them up to confirm to have the work done. I was out of town when I got a call from Chris that he and his team could do the work the next day. I had hoped to be there for the project, but agreed they could proceed. Chris kept me in the loop via calls and texts, and sent a couple pictures of the work as it progressed. Turned out all the roof decking needed to be replaced, not just re-shingled, which increased the price but Chris explained the additional work and pricing clearly. When I returned and saw the work I noticed one thing that they had missed, and when I texted Chris to let him know his immediate answer was, “we’ll come out and fix that today.” He didn’t try to tell me they weren’t gonna do it, add on an additional charge for the return visit, or anything like that. This speaks volumes about how they handle their work and how they run their business. As they were finishing up with the last bit of the project Josh Booth also came out and we all had a good chat while the crew finished up the work. I’m happy with the work they did and they will be the only roofing company in the area that I call. I 100% recommend them.

All done well! These brothers are responsive and work well together. Even though Josh is who I contacted at first, Chris is who we negotiated with in person and it went well. He has such a great personality to work with and he cares about his job very much. Him and his team were ready to do the job right away, they even had the materials needed so we did not have to go buy anything. Just happens that our neighbor needed their roof get done as well, so Chris did both roofs the same day. We haven't work with any contractors who is responsive, responsible, ready, pleasant and with great price before. Thank you Chris & Josh, you made our lives a little easier.

Chris and Josh are so personable, reliable, well mannered and most importantly reasonable. I had quite a few estimates before I ran across their company and it seemed as if everyone was trying to take advantage of me considering I am not familiar with the roofing experience. But Chris and Josh and their amazing team were very patient with me and walked me thru the complete process. Everything they promised from the beginning was accomplished and some. I will definitely be recommending Booth Brothers Construction to any and all people.

They just completed the most awesome roof replacement job I have EVER seen! These guys are no freaking joke. They inspected the job, gave me a quote that included EVERYTHING that should go with a roof replacement. They included upgraded materials ie.. shingles, underlayment ect. I know these where upgraded materials because I had done my research well in advance of having my roof replaced. I could not BELIEVE the low price and the speed at which they worked. Like a well oiled machine. I thought; surely they must be trying to trick me with the low ball offer; they'll start jacking up the price in the middle of the job. But No! They came, on time and did EXACTLY what they said they where going to do and charged EXACTLY what they listed in there quote. No games. No bs. The quality of the job is second to none. They did it all in ONE DAY! I'm extremely pleased with the work. I told them to leave there job site advert sign on my lawn for the next 6 months. If I ever buy another house and it needs a new roof I'm calling these guys. Now I'm wondering what other types of work they do. Its nice to know that there are still construction/home improvement companies that honor integrity, fairness, craftsmanship and trust. By the way there work comes with a 5 years warranty on craftsmanship. GREAT JOB, BOOTH BROS!!

These guys did a great job installing a new roof for my townhouse. They were responsive and reasonable plus they explained everything thoroughly. After seeing the quality of their work for my roof, I asked if they could do a small job involving a divider for my deck to add some privacy. They got that knocked out quickly and I’m super happy with it. Very personable but still professional, I would use their services again and would definitely recommend them.
