+ 0 moreIt went great! Mike was the tech and he had an assistant, Billy, with him. Mike was very friendly and professional. The timeframe they told me he would arrive was between 2 - 4PM. They came around 3PM - so that was perfect. The cost was $129 which I believe to be very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: I had a clog in my bathroom sink drain and asked for it to be cleaned out. Since a clog happened again in the span of 1 year, I also asked the plumber to take out the drain stopper/plug so that I could put a hair trapper in there.

I don't know, he said he never seen that happen, it was an oddball thing. They were very good, they came when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable, polite, great people.

We used Alpha Plumbing before when we did the kitchen remodel for the home we are selling and they did a fantastic job which is why they were our first pick for the job. I didn't bother calling anyone else. Chuck came out during the time frame they gave us and did a wonderful job. He worked fast and thorough and we were completely satisfied with the work. We already have them scheduled to install a new water heater in the home we are buying and plan on having them do the plumbing for the kitchen remodel in our new house. The office staff is super helpful and on top of things. Michelle was able to coordinate the scheduling so we could get this repair done quickly and that will keep us on time to close on our house. She also provided a pdf invoice we could email to the buyer's realtor showing what was done. I would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They are the ones to call.

I decided to go ahead and have them install it since I've had them work on other things in my house before and really liked them. It went very well. In a half a day I had a brand-new water heater which was in code in less than a half a day.

Description of Work: Alpha Plumbing is my go-to-guys for any plumbing needs for my parents and myself. I've used them several times in the past with great results. This time I had to call Alpha Plumbing to fix a mistake I made when I tried to fix a drip in my shower faucet. When trying to replace the Delta cartridge, I used too much force to remove the brass ring and twisted the small copper pipes which caused water to leak behind the wall and water to leak down from the kitchen ceiling on the floor below. Big problem. After I called them in the morning to schedule an appointment between noon and 2:00pm, Chris arrived at around 12:00 (after calling ahead) and fixed up my mistake in a very friendly, professional, and timely manner. He cut through the drywall behind the shower, cut out and removed the broken value and replaced it with a new one as well as replacing my old fixtures in my shower. My shower now looks better than it did before. Then he reattached the drywall and cleaned up after himself. I'm amazed at what he was able to do. And the cost for the great work was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

He fit & joined everything perfectly to ensure a lasting solution. He then serviced the tub valves, including the shower diverter valve, with the same degree of care and professionalism. He even did a quick cleanup after completing each job. I have used Alpha Plumbing for several years now, and continue to be impressed with their communicating what the job entails and their thorough work, along with their scheduling and overall courtesy.

Description of Work: Had a clogged sewer drain that caused the powder room toilet to overflow one morning due the the water from the upstairs shower having no place to go. Called Alpha in the morning and they were able to give me a 2 hour window for service that afternoon. Chris diagnosed the problem, snaked the line, and did an excellent job. Apparently the slope of my sewer line going to the main may not have an adequate slope.
