Description of Work: Alpha plumbing did a terrific job! The responded with precision-like promptness and were very thorough and professional. They replaced my old sump pump within an hour and cleaned up everything with great professionalism. They are coming back in a couple days to repair a leaking shower hose.

Description of Work: Alpha was sub-contracted by my deck builder so I don't know what the "cost" of their service was, but they were friendly, punctual, professional. I had a very good feeling about the two people who came to my home to repipe my outdoor hose fixture in order to get it out of the way of our new deck that was being built. Without being prompted by me, they installed a frost-free hose bib, and explained to me how it works, along with a one-lever turnoff valve in easy reach.

Description of Work: I had a new hot water heater and toilet installed. Brian was the master plumber and did an excellent, thorough job as did his apprentice. No problems at all.

Description of Work: Chuck went above other well known Annapolis plumbers evaluating the capacity of my current gas supply and the BTU's used by my appliances. Actually he was the only plumber who did. Come to find out I'd have to replace my gas meter to run a tankless water heater and we weighed the pros and cons and decided to go standard tank. His price was right in line (if not a bit less) than other well known Annapolis plumbers. His crew arrived on time and did the install without issue. I'll hire again for another job I've got coming up.

Description of Work: Alpha replaced the sump pump and pit liner. Their quote for the sump was a little higher than one we had received from another company but the other company wanted to do more extensive work we didn't feel was necessary. The installer from Alpha made us feel more confident that replacing the pump was the correct first step. The installation went smoothly and there has been no water in the basement. We are very pleased with their response to our call and the work they performed. We will definitely hire them again when we need a plumber.
