Description of Work: replaced a gas valve on my water heater that I ordered to save time since there wasn't any hot water. The fault code pointed to the valve so I ordered one with overnight delivery to save time. I called alpha plumbing to install it since it dealt with natural gas. Brian (I think) was on time and very courteous. Had a few problems with the valve but got everything resolved. Thought there was a small leak so he took it apart a few times until he was satisfied it was OK. It's been working fine since it was replaced.

Description of Work: diagnosed and fixed leak coming from bathroom. They did have to return next day as problem was not resolved completely on their first visit. The second visit problem was resolved and they only charged for the one day. Very nice and knowledgeable I would call on them again |.

Description of Work: Alpha plumbing replaced a defective flapper in my toilet that was letting water run constantly. They had a $10 coupon which covered the parts. Very polite and responsive. I had to reschedule the appointment and it was no problem dealing with Michelle over the phone. The plumber, Brian, called before arriving and was very nice. No problems with the toilet thus far.
